So, another article (about buses) got me thinking about emerging Welsh talent and I got thinking...

I'm an osprey fan so I might have missed some emerging talent from other regions - feel free to correct me!
I've tried to focus on uncapped or non-established talent and tried not to go too young but I'm really struggling for second rows...any ideas?
