I'll probably vote on football, rugby (once Dusautoir is added), cricket (both) and tennis, but need to give it some thought.

Why have you amalgamated Rugby Union and Rugby League yet haven't nominated any Rugby League players?

Why should Boxing and Cricket have domestic and international awards?

Why is the winner of The Open Championship not an option in the golf poll?

Or did someone without a clue just pick the top 6 in the golf world rankings? The winner of The Masters wasn't there either

I posted a message to that effect which disappeared as quickly as I posted it.
Masters, Open, PGA all consigned to the discard pile, below average seasons for Westwood, Kaymer, Johnson and, arguably, Stricker take precedence.

Can't see much reason to go beyond Donald, Tseng, McIlroy and Schwartzel.

Because even having won the open there are about 10-15 players at least in world golf who have had a better year. Bill Haas for example.

Corrected that for you Hobo.

Sorry M-to-M personally I felt due to the way the NFL is set up with the post season being part of 2011 it could potentially make it harder as some guys (for example the probable winner Aaron Rodgers) have had more games than the majority of the other players, so I thought it would be easier for us in the American Football section to do our own MVP awards at the end of the season. I hope you understand the reasoning? If there is a demand for it then people can PM me their lists for it and I'll do my best to sort it out quickly.
