The Overplayed Thread
Okay this is a thread for complaining about songs that are overplayed.
You may actually like the songs and artists but let's be honest, there is always a saturation point where a song is played too much.
The 2 that instantly spring to mind are Adele - Someone Like You and Noah and The Whales - Life Goes On.
Now don't get me wrong, I do actually quite like Adele but I'm currently listening to her for the 3rd time in an hour. All on the same radio station, all the same song. That is ridiculous. I'm fully expecting to hear Noah and The Whales again soon too.
So it's over to you. Are there any songs that you seem to be hearing constantly?

Good call. One of his I hate personally that still gets played far too much would be Just Haven't Met You Yet.
Can't stand it.

Cee Lo Green - F**k You got overplayed to the hilt.
I remember Bring Me to Life by Evanescence was one of my favourite songs around but then it hit the music channels & radio and it was all over the place so I ended up hating it.
Couldn't listen to it anymore until WWE used it for No Way Out 2003!

That was another one Y2. I still love it though. I got passed the over played hatred.
There are so many examples of songs getting over played. It's ridiculous.
We're now hearing Mika for the second time today. I haven't heard the guy in months and now it's twice in one day. Once was more than enough...

Y2, I swear the first time I heard Bring Me to Life was building up to No Way Out 2003, I'm pretty sure it didn't get released here in the UK for a good few months after that? I remember I had that Kumquat feeling when you're like "I heard this before all you guys"

It was defo on the radio stations and music channels over here for a couple of months before No Way Out mate because I was thoroughly fed up with it by the time that PPV came around!
That song always take me back to that pay per view, especially cos it was playing when they showed a sort of poster for Stone Cold Steve Austin v Eric Bischoff and the whole place went batf**k insane when it showed Austin.
