It was always going to be though keeping up that pace all the way through and keeping Cronk and Thurston quiet was going to be impossible .

But they gave it a real go , you cant argue with a touch of skill like Cronks drop goal

What a game. I thought the Queensland halfs kicking game and the stupid NWS errors were the difference between the teams. Some awful refereeing went against the blues too all through the series and the same today.

Completley agree QLD kicking game was way better then NSW always turning the defence around , it has been said before but they should really stamp out the forward/flat pass it ruins the game imo especially as the ref cant go back and look at it with the video ref .

There was a lot of niggley things going on at the play the ball aswell which went against NSW , but QLD i think over all probably shaded the 3 games with less errors at crucial times .

Yeah I would say Queensland were slightly the better side over the series and it could be argued that they did'nt play near their best in two of the three games. Great series though and NSW are getting there, if they can keep Carney and Pierce together I think they will become a very good half back pair, they also need to get Tariq Sims into the squad that bloke is a beast.

LB would know better then me , but i think that NSW swap and change the team around far to much players dont get the chance to gel as a team .

From the parts of the game I did see, How important was it for Queensland that Farah saw stars for the first half? I think he saw less of the game than I did.

Pearce was out played but this against Cronk and Thurston after all so think its a bit unfair to judge him yet .
