Yes it is a real make you think offer. Let me answer your 2 responses

I Think are views on messam are different. He is second choice for NZ and whilst I think he is tremendous I don't think he is world class. he is in not great form and is under threat from a few players. Also I have lots of great 6s and messam not an 8. It's a tricky one as I am a huge fan and he is a leader.

Gray is back to his best before injury so would
Have him level. My opinion obviously but can't add to that deal.

Carter for whitelock is tricky. Carter arguably worlds best plauer and looking good again. However has had lots of injuries.

To pass a 3 year medical to play for 1m a year means he must have passed some
Serious tests. Like you I regret
Not signing Wilko who was available before Toulon on here for not that much.

I think whitelock is the best 5 in the world by a distance and future blacks captain. However 5 not
The most important position so kind
Of makes the deal even. I have lots of great options in that position but think if I had Etzbeth and whitelock I wojld
Have the 2
Best locks in the world and also both are great lineout options

Meant carter probably best player ever and now fit him
And Mccaw will be central to NZ.

Alberts would start over messam every time for me. Kaino and Alberts best 6s in world by a distance. Gray would start for you every time looking at your side.

You massively lack carriers in backrow so how about gray Carter and Palu for whitelock Kolisi and deallende

That's a big one!

Sorry mate, can't lose Cole without world class back. It's a great offer but I'd weaken my first 15 for squad players (albeit good squad players).

If I was to sell Cole I'd need Whitelock involved.

Kitchener needs Cole Shocked

Cole is England's first choice TH, a Lion and has 50+ caps, he's one of our true World class players. Kitchener is uncapped and probably 5/6th choice lock at best, that's not realistic Wink

Hill, Amos and Kitschoff then?

Couldn't do any of the mentioned as all on a different level

Mate, this isn't meant as a pop at you, so I hope that it's not taken as such, but I really struggle with this 'I need a gain' stuff.  Player ratings are pretty subjective as to who is better, and generally when I'm doing a deal, I'm looking at for example 'I need a prop, you need a winger' so we trade.  It's not like for like so no gain other than we both get a player in a position we need.  Straight swaps in the same position are effectively going to come down to a matter of opinion as to who is better as opposed to really helping either team out.

apart from the messam for Botha part I struggle to see what I get out of this. Folau completely world class and probably in the top 3 players in world so needs a super offer

I see slipper and Evans as equal. Being honest I don't rate slipper where Evans has real potential and hopefully will come of age int wise. He is still very young and I don't doubt he will get some stuffings along the way.

Folau is so far ahead of any of those players which is why it would take a lot more sorry.

Stop asking for Cole! Lol

Cole best TH in world imo, he's a different class to Messem and top EQ which is hard to come by.

If you're after a top class Int TH I could get JdP involved in something.

No real standout at TH but Cole certainly in the mix with Zira and Franks, EQ a bonus too.

JdP will more than likely be starting TH mate, there's not much else coming through and he's got 60+ caps. He's not world class but a top draw option in a sparse in quality position.

Id rate your front row higher with him starting over your other options but it's all opinions end of the day. People tend to rate props on scrummaging first and Jannie is a top scrummager.
