Anyone else watch this last week on History channel? 2nd episode is on tonight.

Watched the first episode and quite enjoyed it even though it was more of character introductions.

Thoughts peeps?

I quite enjoyed it and think it has potential.

Not sure I enjoyed it enough to post 2 identical threads though....

I've seen up to the end of series 2, and I really enjoyed it. It has some slow episodes, but generally is a really entertaining series, that explores a lot of different themes. Series 2 was better than the first, I guess they received a larger budget because there are some superb action scenes. It's just a bit different from other shows on tv, and recommend that you give it until at least the end of the first season to see if it's for you. It took me 2 or 3 episodes to appreciate it.

Didn't know there was a second series already!

Will definitely give it time, has that Game of Thrones (which I love) feel about it for some reason.

have watched both series and think it is a pretty good show, have always been interested in that period with the Bernard Cornwell Uthred books- and having read them it is really interesting to see where some of those main characters came from!

I streamed the entire thing online...

Very good quality if you get the right one.
