The FIFA Cup Empty The FIFA Cup

Post by Hero Sat 20 Jun 2015, 9:06 am

Okay most of you will have seen that I've been tinkering with an idea using FIFA to provide the results to games after inputting everyones teams and doing as best I can transferring your tactics into what's available in the FIFA tactics options.

I thought it'd be good if we could have a designated night in which we have a cup competition. If you could say which nights you're free and if you'd be wanting to watch the games then please let me know. Initially my thoughts are two groups then knockout.

I'm free most nights and i want to watch which means towards 9pm would be better for me if possible.

Are we going to be able to play our full strength teams in this mate?

Not too sure in regards to that as yet as whilst it'd be good to have injuries etc then it's a lot of leg work between games to swap teams about with tweaks to tactics etc.

Mon-Wed evenings and Sundays are usually best for me, but if not possible then I don't mind not watching the games

Yeah i can imagine it takes a while.

By the way when i told you i didn't have Thiago for example last night i wasn't being rude, because i know it can take quite a while to get the teams correct and it probably took up a lot of your time.

Oh no didn't think it was rude at all!
Yeah it did take a bit of back n forth, especially when there's a few teams that haven't done all their transfers on their ins and outs so you'd do a number of swaps then see a player on FIFA that's no longer on the sheet here and you have to start searching for where they've gone. Players that have moved a few times were the trickiest.

2m early pressure from Bayern ends in a cross into the box but cleared
12m GOAL first attack by Real on the counter and clinical finishing by Aguero after neat exchange with Hazard
15m Costa tried to capitalise on a defensive error but skims it over the bar
29m huge period of possession for Real ends with a timid shot from Tello across goal
45m GOAL great build up again by Real, all their attack involved and Aguero finds space coming into the box to slot home his 2nd of the game
HT Real 2-0 Bayern (Aguero x2)

49m Aguero goes for his third but this time shoots straight at the keeper from outside the box
52m Ramires replaces Kroos for Real
56m Robben heads into the side netting as Bayern launch quick counter
57m Alonso replaces Cazorla for Bayern
65m Again Aguero comes close with a fingertip save denying him after a pass from Tello
66m Walcott replaces Tello for Real
75m Schweinsteiger powers a header but the keeper tips it over for a corner
80m Kane & O.Torres replaces Costa & Schweinsteiger for Bayern
90m Kane tries a chipped header but saved
90m +2 PENALTY Lahm pushes Aguero over in the box
90m +2 GOAL Ronaldo steps up, and hits it straight down the middle through the keepers arms. Aguero looks at Ronaldo wondering what he had to do to not take it.

FT Real 3-0 Bayern Aguero x2, Ronaldo

Real 8 shots 5 Bayern
Real 5 on target 3 Bayern
Real 53% possession
Real 87% pass accuracy
Bayern 89% pass accuracy
MOTM: Hazard 7.9 (Aguero also had 7.9)

Haha shut up Fifabiatch The FIFA Cup 3559488474

I suggest for this we all select our XI and subs bench which is unchanged for the tournament to make it easier for Hero. No injuries, let Fifa injure our players like they do.
