The Clash
The Clash
No, not Joe Strummer's mob, but the marketing name for Leicester's visit to Bath on 8th April - except it will be at Twickenham.

Re: The Clash
LT, I think you've made a typo, this is Bath's new annual HQ match appropriately called "The Cash"...

Re: The Clash
Presumably to try and make a slightly smaller loss this season.
As a London resident it's good for me, although giving up home advantage near the business end of the season is a bit odd.

Re: The Clash
As a one off I think most Bath fans could stomach it. Committing to 5 years of it is just downright disrespectful to ST holders though.
Having said that, someone on the Bath board believes it is an alternating home/away fixture. There's no real reason why Tigers would go for this so I'm positive he's wrong, but if he's not I can see why they haven't announced it - there'll be a pretty severe backlash.
