Sorry, this should be in the club forum, since it's only based on club performances. My mistake.

You are the forum equivalent of Cuthbert, fumbling around trying to score but never really finishing. laughing

Obviously Thomas Young deserves it. Superb season at wasps, appropriately selected by Wales and then totally ignored. Sweeeet.

Well, 5 players are out probably of the running now, since the final five man shortlist is usually drawn from the semi-finalists. N

Bad news for Nakaitaci.

France and Clermont wing Noa Nakaitaci is set for a long spell on the sidelines after rupturing ligaments against Toulon on Sunday.

Nakaitaci was Clermont's first try scorer in the Champions Cup quarter-final win before heading off in the second half, with news emerging on Monday that he has ruptured his ACL.

Given the months left in the season and with France's tour to South Africa coming up in June, Nakaitaci will miss both Clermont's run-in for the Top 14 and Champions Cup as well as the Test series against South Africa.

I went with CJ Stander. Not just based on his CC games as he has missed some, but his season as a whole. If not Stander I probably would have gone Itoje.
