I see Hero's concerns as it just potentially opens another loophole to be abused. But you do have the clause in place about unfair transfers being reversed, in this case I think Pellegri and £36m for Belotti is reasonable

transfer values were frozen at the time the squads were announced?

Tm values are frozen as soon as they enter the league

that's a touch of luck, Tore's dropped £2m since the draw

I think you were right. I think if a player makes a transfer and ends up in the first team, and shortly after moves back to the original teams first team, then it looks a clear attempt get around the 3 month promotion rule and should be reversed by Miky

agreed. that's the benefit of that rule in place. means each transfer can be judged on it's own merits

well Immobile was one of my targets has just gone up £4m

Could probably manage that. I'm planning to take what I have done and make it something that is easy to turn around weekly. I can try and do this too.

higgy dropped today but we could use the most recent value for players prior to October 1st

I'd say that TM value changes is luck of the draw. You could equally get players drop in price.

Also true, Bonucci is down to 36m so only just above the cap, but comfortable for season 2

Tuesday to Thursday does seem a small window each week for foreigns.

What else can we do though? I didnt make it monday although I wanted to because of potential delayed results people like to see squad feedback etc

3 days should be enough shouldn't it. You are only signing 2 players, and you can plan ahead.

Price changes don't happen often enough to mean that prior planning will be wasted all the time.

Having said that, aren't they open all the time, and just that the new week starts on a Tuesday

True, just for getting them in for that week's game is the smaller window.

I don't see why the new weeks transfers cant start on a friday, being as though squads get locked down on a thursday - so technically today is next week already

He's got a point you know. Was fine starting Tuesday 9am as it was the start of the season, but no reason not to have your two foreign transfers for the week available between Friday and Thursday.

Why not run them Friday to Thursday then. Some will wait for feedback, some will wait for injuries, some will buy straight away

No need for a window either. Just that Week 1 transfers would end Thursday night at midnight, Week 2 would begin one minute past midnight.

It already applies for domestics anyway.

Got to give notice to all though as anyone not on today would potentially be a disadvantage and I can imagine the poostorm if they had a target that then got snapped up before Tues.

Reset next Tuesday, and then start resetting every Friday at 9am

Am I allowed to go over squad limits as long as they're back down for injuries?

I know Miky has already checked squad numbers but wouldn't it make sense for them to be recorded at the time of doing injuries?
