2017/18 Aviva Premiership Round Six
First topic message reminder :
Friday, 6th October
Harlequins vs Sale (19:45)
Saturday, 7th October
Bath vs Worcester (15:00)
Exeter vs Newcastle (15:00)
Gloucester vs Northampton (15:00)
London Irish vs Leicester (15:00)
Sunday, 8th October
Saracens vs Wasps (15:00)
You want to see the team sheets these days, to see who is fit to take the field. Then again, not all the surprises so far are down to injury lists. All these matches probably have favourites but, with the possible exception of Bath against Worcester, the season results so far mean we shouldn't be surprised to see th e other team come out on top.

Won't make any difference though as I can see loads more tries coming from this poor defence already

Looking like it might be a long afternoon for Irish. Thought Owen was signed as an LV squad player? Along with Harrison been very impressive.

I think JP thought he'd got the ball before it was over the line and then it was touched down ... not sure tbh

Still with a chance in this game. If you play well in the 2nd half and you are not far behind.Heaf2 wrote:nathan wrote:It was prior to that.

Had the better of it. Couple of strong breaks, ahead in territory. Looking quite inventive I'd say.B91212 wrote:How are Saints going Scottrf? Only got the Irish game over here.

If we'd gone in at 8-14 or 10-14 then maybe we would have had a chance but I think we've blown it now

Tuala with a few nice steps and a well timed pass for a Mallinder try.
And cough it up. Defence not at the races.

Cowan has been one of the few Irish players who have looked prem class today. I can't believe it's currently only a 7 point game after that first half.

What is David Paice doing? Doyle couldn't have been clearer about leaving it. Stupid play and led to a try. Just what Irish needed from their captain.

Toomua long pass to Wing seems to be the way to score for Tigers.
