I'd love to see AJ vs Parker actually happen and Tyson Fury in his comeback fight against someone with a pulse - Shannon Briggs would be hilarious just for the build up.

One fight that most likely won't happen but is mouthwateringly good is Spence Jr vs Crawford. That floats my boat.

Looking forward to Groves vs Eubank as well, and also to see if either Golovkin or Alvarez will face Saunders after his domination of Lemieux.

Wilder to face someone half decent.

Mr Bounce, that's a great shout with Spence vs Crawford. Would love to see that.

Also Saunders v Jacobs/Charlo would be good while waiting for GGG/Canelo winner. But can't see him taking the risk while he's the next obvious choice for GGG if he wins.

If Frampton and Selby both come through their next fights that's one I'd like to see (hopefully at Windsor Park).

But isn't beyond the realms of possibility that one if not both of them lose their next fight. Also if Selby is fighting Warrington in May, that may be too late for a summer show down which would need to be either June/July.

Won’t happen in 18 I would think but Regis Prograis  against Mikey Garcia is a fight I’d love to see. Prograis been looking the goods recently(would like to have seen him against Crawford,) oozes self belief and genuinely believes he’s the king of 140. Could he be the one to take Mikey’s 0? Prograis never seen the quality of a Garcia yet in his ring career. What a fight

Porter against Garcia hope the WBC order that one sharp, could see Danny trying to get out of that one hope I’m wrong though I think Porter beats him on points but it’s a good fight

And the obvious one Spence against Crawford to get Thurman

Don't hold too much against Crawford for moving up, welter is pretty strong atm and Prograis isn't as much of a threat imo compared to Thurman, Spence, Garcia and Porter

Prograis vs Garcia is a good fight though I agree, think Mikey is a little small for 140 but he's the better fighter so it'll be interesting. Prograis hits hard but can be hit also, big negative with his style of low hands

Certifiable speed and power ones shot is all Prograis needs can’t argue with what you say perhaps though Prograis poses an equal threat to those four you mention more than Garcia I would say

Just like to see a fighter make a defence or two when he becomes the man(as Crwford did in his last fight at 40) because then challengers turn up to give golden ticket performances wanting to take that aura

Whatever you can’t really hold Crawford to account for moving up he’s a step up from Prograis as to where he’s at it’s  true if you look at it like that. If though I was a future opponent of Crawford I just wouldn’t let Arum use Tony Weeks- ever

TBH I've only seen Prograis twice, against Diaz and Indongo. The indongo fight was odd, Indongo was landing a lot but just didn't seem to have any legs under him, was getting put down with jabs. He looked good against Diaz, but again got caught a lot, although showed his power

Perhaps he could have enough power to knock Crawford down, but imo Crawford just out boxes him and possibly stops him if he gets caught as often as i've seen him

Good fight no doubt but untill he does it against top opposition its not even close to Crawford vs Spence/Thurman/Garcia/Porter who have done it on the big stage against world class opponents

But Prograis Garica is a very attractive and entertaining fight

He’s one to watch for me Prograis to be honest it’ll be the first time I see him but if he’s on in the early morning here I’ll definitely want to catch him

The Mikey match is some fight Garcia to show his greatness or Prograis to knock him off him off his perch the real king of 140 like he says

Look forward to seeing more of him, think Broner is up against Jessie Vargas next at 144, always seems like Broner is 1 loss away from his career being over given all the out of the ring problems hes faced

Would like to see any combination of Kovalev, Bivol, Beterbiev and Gvozdyk

Would like to see BJS vs Derevyanchenkohen, then the winner vs GGG

Tbh i'd like to see any of the top contenders at 160 go head to head, Derevyanchenkohen/BJS/Charlo/Jacobs/Andrade

Hurd vs Charlo (154 one) is a big fight

Groves vs Ramirez

Benavides vs Degale

Gary Russell Jr vs Gervonta Davis

Could Golovkin fight Murat(the kid’s popular in Japan it’s a good payday) before Saunders if so the earliest a Golovkin/Saunders fight could happen is the summer of 2019?

So therefore Jacobs vs Saunders in the UK next as Jacobs is willing to travel

Like to see any of Saunders/Jacobs/Derevyenchenko/Andrade/Charlo face off

There’s some decent fighters in the division but very little action unfortunately at the minute

A fight that certainly is happening and is growing on me is Haye against Bellew

Haye must be sh1tting himself at the fortune he’s going to lose with a Joshua fight if he comes unstuck here

Bellew probably wouldn’t have come out of the first round of the super six(not sure Haye would either but it is a good division) yet here they are in a big ppv but it is what is and you can’t take anything away from Bellew who showed a fair level of craft on the ropes in the first fight if he can repeat he could tire Haye out and come on down the stretch, if Haye can’t recapture that explosiveness he could be in for another awkward night

What kind of improvement can Haye find under Salas? Will his body hold out?

Won’t know till we see so definitely be buying don’t dislike either fighter enough not to

I’m not sure I agree Bellew showed any kind of real craft. Haye came in clearly under prepared thinking he would blitz Bellew out there in no time. Bellew was better than Haye thought but Haye was miles ahead on the cards before the injury. Then after Bellew punched himself out at one point and took until the 11th round to stop one legged opponent and that was a towel coming rather than actually hurting Haye.

Seems Haye is taking it serious this time and looks in better shape. If he fights properly and shows a bit of respect to Bellew he should have him out of there pretty easily in 4 rounds. Also like you say Haye has much more to lose at the point of his career than Bellew. Therefore I expect an efficient and professional win for Haye as he’s a much better fighter, naturally bigger and much bigger puncher.

The Haye of Maccarinelli can bomb him out but it’s a young man’s sport father time and all that so is Haye rebooted like he says  reinvigorated refreshed even or was the first fight the beginning of the end

He’s on a bit of a smash and grab Dave you feel- Bellew then Joshua then out or if he’s lucky with Joshua then one more

The only thing I’d dispute is Haye miles ahead before the injury I had it fairly tight I was as surprised with Bellew as anyone and respect to Bellew were he to fight the winner super six, really wouldn’t like to make a prediction as there must be a concern that something might go pop leg or arm arm or leg let’s hope no injuries spoil the fight

Yes I see what you’re saying about age however have to remember Bellew is 35 so no spring chicken either. Don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t give Haye anything but a punchers chance against Joshua but Bellew is a level below Haye even at this stage of their careers.

Also again see what you’re saying about it being quite tight but Haye was still winning albeit closish and I believe was 4-1 ahead on the scorecards. And I don’t believe what some say about Bellew taking over as his fitness was terrible. Like I say punched himself out at one point and his body shape was dreadful. I wouldn’t be surprised if even Bellew thought he was going to get a pasting hence why he didn’t train so hard, he’s not exactly hidden it’s a payday for him.

I think Haye will win and probably have to fight a Parker or Whyte to get his shot. But both those fights I’d have Haye underdog these days.

If Haye beat a Parker or a Whyte I wouldn’t begrudge him his shot but would Hearn ask him to earn his shot? Surely Hearn would make that fight already why risk a Haye loss

Bellew never fights the winner of the super six either imo so there’s a reason to want either of them to lose. Tony’s a top cun€ too that’s another reason but he does have some redeemable features

Good point about that. He should fight a Whyte or a Parker or similar assuming he gets through Bellew. But yes I’m sure Hearn will be more than happy to leapfrog him as it’s a fight that would sell. In fact they are probably rehearsing their scripts for the post fight confontration now.

Couldn’t agree more about Bellew too. Grade c***. Headlined 3 Ppv without even a world title on the line, that is a scary scary fact, and people say Hearn is good for boxing?

Haye a lot trimmer, it was the bulk that was putting stress on his body Salas spotted that, I think Haye knows the body’s back in shape totally different camp this time round

My gut feeling is that Haye should win it this time round, as long as his body holds together. We know that Bellew can't really hurt Haye... even when he was essentially immobilised. I think Haye will catch Bellew on the button sooner or later.

I really believe that in his prime, Haye would have dealt with Parker or Whyte quite handily, but not now. He's been inactive, his timing won't be what it was, and he's always carrying an injury of some sort. I don't really see where he goes from here, TBH. Maybe one last cash-in fight.. wheel out Audley Harrison or one of the UFC fellas.

Haye looking better and looks leaner although I’d prefer him to have less muscle as he really doesn’t need it with his style. And Bellew in fairness too looking better than last time. Having seen the weighin amd how calm Haye is I’m pretty certain he’s going to do a number on Bellew. Im going Haye in the 4th.

A fight I’m sure many fans here would love to have seen is Russell jr vs Diaz this evening so a bit disappointing it’s not being broadcast

Havent managed to catch a Russell fight live yet and this is his stiffest test since Lomachenko isn’t it though Russell a fairly warm favourite in the betting

Still, a very good night of boxing but that would have capped it off nicely if they’d shown this one too

Just watched the Russell/Diaz fight this morning expecting to see a Russell masterclass I thought the scorecards were way out Russell  has no power back peddles all night and most of his shoe shines weren’t getting through. I think he’s vastly overrated I’d back Santa Cruz to beat him no problem at all. Diaz looks quite good love to see him fight Valdez but Valdez will be out a while

Garcia and Thurman would be two great signings for Hearn

This is the best thing to happen to American boxing fans for ages, this is end of the exhorbitant ppv prices which rip off merchants like Schaefer champion. The jealousy from that has been Schaefer is wonderful

Absolute joke that this is on Box Office.

There was a fella on here a few years ago, bit of a spoofer but I can't remember his name, who kept on saying Eddie Hearn would do this. It's fair to say he wasn't the most eloquent when discussing it but he was bang on about this. All AJ fights are box office, we've had two Haye/Bellew PPVs, Frampton Quigg PPV, Bellew/Cleverley PPV.

The model does work as the fights sell out and people buy the PPV but we're now left with watching build up fights for free and once a half decent fight comes along it's PPV. The casual fan is the one that is suffering.
