These two have faced each other on 30 previous occasions, Leinster having the advantage with 19 wins to Edinburgh's 11.

Leinster have started the season well, whilst still being able to rest a few, Edinburgh on the otherhand have played well in their games so far, but have been undone by not being able to see games out.  I can't imagine that'll be a problem at the weekend, as I doubt Edinburgh will get to a position to let a lead slip.

This game has been absolutely brutal

Shame no points yet but penalty count fo Leinster went up a bit there. Get back down near the line and the ref may go for the card if we can attack like that again.

That kick really annoyed me - it absolutely was not on. I know we need to be less predictable but that really wasn't it

My exact thought as well.

Scotland were knocked out of the last workd cup because the ref said he couldn't do that!

Edinburgh seem to have forgotton they have backs. Second try by Leinster was very good indeed. Why Edinburgh did not use their backs when camped on the line I really don't get. men waiting for a walk in

No panic stations yet but Edinburgh need to attack through the hands a bit more in the 2nd half now. No point trying to grind the Leinster defence down like they were doing when it was 7 - 0. A charge down try and a try from a lineout that was originally deemed to be Edinburgh's by the ref. Just a bit unlucky really although Leinster have clearly been the better team in attack. I still think Edinburgh can pul it back if they score early on. Another Leinster try would be worrying and then perhaps finsing a losing BP would be the goal and denying them the bonus try.

Yes. Law 3.4
If an Edinburgh player pretends the ball didn’t go off him into touch, the ref is allowed to review.
Normal sanction: Penalty try and YC

Got off lucky.

Ultimately it was the right call (perhaps a knock on though) but I've never seen the ref use the TMO for something like that.

Seriously? First of all i didn't see him deny it hit him, Edinburgh were claiming Lowe was out first. Also, there's no way in a hell a ref would have given a YC and certainly not a PT from that!

Socino's contribution to this match - 2 missed tackles, an awful kick and now a stupid penalty

Ball was on the floor so didn't have to let him up, and no ruck was formed.

Frustrating we've been pinged for back feet at ruck given Leinster's efforts of the first half

What the hell was the penalty advantage at that maul for? Schoeman certainly didn't come in from the side!

4th Leinster try was inevitable, but it was positive to see Schoeman and McCallum holding up the scrum against Test Lions

Edinburgh are screwed now. Still I've been impressed with a lot of aspects of their defence and scrum like you say RDW
