*The arena goes wild as the cameras pan the crowd

HA: Welcome everyone to another huge edition of 6CW Anarchy!

HE: Just two weeks away from Born in Fire, where old meets new and the traditions of the past are laced with the fury of the future.

HA: But first, we’ve got one hell of a show waiting for you tonight

*We cut to the back. Together backstage in a changing room we see Marty Helms, Liam Wood, Max Adamson, Jackson Jackson and Frank Horrigan

MH: Look at this show, gentlemen. They fear us. We are not even under any official banner, we just stood shoulder as champions, and already they are scared.

LW: Walker won’t put us near each other, he knows his power is fleeting and his roster would crumble.

MA: My boys have already devoured the tag team division and taken it hostage, now we stand with the two most dominant singles champs in the game.

JJ: The Elite? Smark darlings. The Bullet Club? Dead. The Shield? A pathetic little forcefield to protect a prized asset. We’re standing in Horsemen territory. Not just star power, but technical brilliance.

FH: And dominance.

LW: They’re stacking the deck against us tonight. Marty here with two matches, you boys with no chance for preparation, and me stuck carrying a group of morons on my back.

MH: But at Born in Fire, we do business. Cos that’s what we do, we do business. It isn’t about the fun and games, making the odd moment count on TV.

MA: He’s right, we’re about titles, pay-per-view and doing it all when the pressure is on.

MH: That is why we are standing out

LW: That is why we recognise game

MA: And that is why they have called us the Beacons of Excellence

*The five men bring their hands into the middle, but rather than joining fists, they all put in a Too Sweet and then laugh as the scene fades.

*A camera flickers into life backstage and Engel is sat in the middle of an empty room, sat on the floor with his legs crossed.

EH: Doctor, doctor, I think I’m Uryu! Well what are the symptoms? I’m bleeding and bleeding and bleeding and it won’t stop hehehehe! Poor Uryu! Poor 6CW! Oh woe is thee hehehee!

*Engel slides both hands through his hair three times, vigorously and wildly

EH: This is the world we live in now, isn’t it? Hmm, yes, hehehe a champion! They said it couldn’t be done, but I have always been the champion. It happened years before and it has been waiting to revive itself. The power it gives me, the chaos it brings, the havoc you shall see brought to us all.

*He opens the palms of his hands out and looks at them

EH: It is at these hands that the destruction began, Uryu can feel it. He sees me. The Xtreme Champion brings him down to his knees and destroys the career he once had hehehe! Oooo I’ve misspoken! Xtreme?! XTREME?! WHO SEES IT XTREME?!

*He clenches his fist and his tone darkens

EH: They will see. They will see.

*The scene fades away on his quiet smile.

*Mike Hill is shown walking into the arena backstage. He is approached by Tim Allen...

TA: Mi...

MH: Absolutely not Tim. Mike Hill is not going to answer your inane questions any longer.

TA: I’m sorry Mike, and please don’t shoot the messenger, but it’s a directive from the board, you need to answer at least a question, it’s a part of your promotional duties.

*Hill rolls his eyes in disgust...

MH: Go ahead then, but only one...and make it quick.

TA: So you close the show tonight Mike with your contract signing with JJ, you must be happy about that?

MH: Why would Mike Hill be happy about that Tim?

TA: Well you wanted this, to be in the spotlight?

MH: You’ve clearly not been listening to a word Mike Hill has said recently Tim. But don’t worry, you’re not alone there as the board clearly thinks this will appease Mike Hill.

Mike Hill should have always been the Main Event, Mike Hill’s body of work is unrivalled compared to anyone on this roster, Mike Hill has achieved more than anyone here could dream of.

Yet it has taken the return of the great JJ Johnson for Mike Hill to be elevated to the position he belongs. And do you really think that Mike Hill would be in that position if he hadn’t taken it upon himself to do something to get noticed?

Does anyone really think this is what the board wanted? They wanted JJ to have a triumph return against some nobody. But now he steps into the ring with the best wrestler in the world and is just two weeks away from being embarrassed on one of the biggest stages of them all.

The corporate darling, the movie star, the cultural phenomenon is about to come crashing back to reality at the hands of the Next Big Thing.

Match 1
Cameron Faith vs Marty Helms

HA: Opening match here on Anarchy and we have singles competition as Marty Helms tackles his first of two contests here this evening...

HE: An absolute travesty....first Helms finds out he has to defend his TV Title in a triple threat match at Born in Fire and now he has to fight both his challengers on the same night? Ridiculous...

HA: Helms brought this all on himself....he interfered in last week's number one contenders match, he couldn't keep his nose out....

HE: He was physically provoked...

HA: I don't see what the problem is; Helms claims he's better than anyone else on the roster so he'll have no issue proving it here tonight...he is, after all, a Beacon of Excellence...

HE: Damn right he is....Too sweet...

"Remedy" booms through the speakers as Marty Helms comes marching onto the stage, the TV Title strapped around his waist, and then he strides down to the ring with an angry expression upon his face. Helms clambers up inside and then motions back to the stage for someone to come out and fight him...

HE: Cameron Faith is going to take the brunt of Helms' fury....he superkicked Helms last time out and he deserves the beating that is about to be inflicted upon him...

"Ain't no stopping" crashes out to a crescendo of cheers from the 6CW Universe as Cameron Faith appears on the stage, a determined glare in his eyes. The referee is shown holding Marty Helms back as Faith closes in on ringside...

HA: Cameron Faith seems to be on an upward turn, his performances of late have shown a side to him that I haven't seen in a very long time....

HE: And he's about to come back to earth with a bang, back to curtain jerking with the rest of the nobodies....Faith should have pursued a different path...

Faith climbs up onto the apron and he flashes a smirk at Helms before vaulting over the top rope. The referee tries to keep both men apart but Helms bursts past the official and aims a huge right hand in the direction of his opponent...

HA: Marty Helms not willing to wait around...

Faith sees the punch coming and ducks it before firing off with knife edge chops and solid punches of his own, trapping Helms up in the corner. He grabs the TV Champ's arm and attempts an Irish whip but Helms uses his power to reverse, sending Faith across the ring and then following....

HA: Up and over...

Faith uses the top rope to propel himself up and backward over the oncoming Marty Helms. Helms turns around and Faith dropkicks him against the turnbuckle before clambering back up and he sprints in with a stiff shining wizard to the jaw. Helms' head lolls as Faith seizes it and runs him to the ropes, springboarding him into a bulldog....................1...................2................shoulder up!

HA: Cameron Faith started this match at quite some pace....

HE: He won't be able to maintain it.....Helms is a long game competitor...

Faith tries to drag Helms up and into a suplex but Helms shoves his man back into the ropes and gives chase, only for Faith to drop toe hold him across the middle. Faith then charges off the opposite ropes and returns with a splash across the prone back of Helms. The fan favourite heads for the corner as Helms rolls back into the centre of the ring...

HA: Faith taking that high risk....PAID OFF!

Cheers ring out in the arena as Faith drops a leg across the throat of Helms from on high and makes the cover................1......................2..............shoulder up. Faith crawls back to the corner and he pulls himself up before beckoning for Helms to stand....

HE: Get it together, Marty....

HA: Faith looking to send a big message here.....ACT OF FA...

Helms catches the foot of Faith as he attempts the superkick and then spins him around before booting him in the gut and he flips him up onto his shoulders...

HE: POWER...

Faith drives punches down into the forehead of Helms and then counters out of his clutches with a falling hurricanrana. They both scramble back up and Helms darts forward, only to be scooped into a backbreaker and then followed up by a swinging neckbreaker...

HA: Ghetto Blaster connects.....tremendous performance so far from Cameron Faith...

1.
..
....2
..
..
.............kickout!

HE: Helms is underprepared, he has been put at a disgusting disadvantage thanks to Alex Walker and we are seeing the results of that now...

Faith pulls Helms up and succeeds in landing with a snap suplex. He keeps his hands locked in place and swivels his hips as he pulls his opponent back to a vertical base, completing a second suplex...

HA: This takes some real power.....not sure if Cameron Faith can make it three from three here....

Faith summons up his might to get Helms back on his feet for a third time but the TV Champion puts the brakes on, refusing to be budged for the hat-trick. He then lets out a primal yell as he reverses position and suplexes Faith into the air...

HE: Now the tide will turn...

HA: OR NOT!

Faith swivels and floats over the back of Helms and shoves him away before rushing off the ropes and returning with a flying slingblade takedown. Faith then points to the turnbuckle and the crowd roar in approval...

HE: This can't be happening....

HA: It has been all one way traffic so far and Cameron Faith feels like he can end this all...

Faith makes his way to the corner and begins to climb the ropes, staring out at the crowd with a big smile on his face. He reaches the top and nods his head before flipping backward toward his prone opponent...

HA: LEAP OF FAITH!

The groans can be heard all around as Helms slams his knees up in time, protecting himself, and crunches them into the ribs of Cameron Faith. Faith is in agony from the impact, struggling to catch his breath, as Helms staggers back to his feet and then rushes off the ropes....

HE: SPEAR!

HA: Compounding the misery to the midsection of Cameron Faith, might just do it...

1..................2.............Faith manages to get his shoulder up!

HE: More guts than sense....Helms is going to punish him now...

Helms looks mad as he gets up and begins stomp down on the stomach of Faith, relentless despite the proclamations of the referee. Helms then drags Faith up and pushes him into the corner before stomping another vicious mudhole....

HA: Those ribs could be in a bad way...

HE: And no way is Marty Helms going to let up, he knows he has a target now...

Helms pulls Faith from the corner and places him in an abdominal stretch, centre ring, drawing big yells of pain from the inflicted. The referee is asking Faith does he want to give it up but the Scotsman shakes his head, vigorously, and refuses to throw in the towel...

HE: Marty Helms is going to tear that body up....

Helms uses the point of his elbow to jam down into the exposed body of Faith, dialling the pain up some more, and then he transitions into a huge pumphandle slam..................1..................2.........Faith kicks out. Helms gets back up and he waits for Faith to stand before wrapping his hands around his waist, launching him into a heavy German suplex....

HA: The body of Cameron Faith is being forced to absorb big damage here....

HE: And he's not even got to Born in Fire yet....

Helms keeps his hands locked and finds it easy going to drag Faith back and then sets him down again with another heavy impact suplex. Faith is flat on his back, wincing in pain, as Helms heads for the corner...

HA: Not often we see the TV Champion go high like this....

HE: He knows he has control.....everything is measured.....SEE WHAT I MEAN!

HA: If the ribs weren't damaged before then they are now...

Helms throws his near 300lbs frame off the top rope and crashes a headbutt straight into the body of Faith, causing him to yell out in agony. Faith is doubled up, on his knees, coughing and spluttering as Helms pulls off the padding from around his elbow...

HE: Forget all about it...great effort Cameron but you're done....LIGHTS OUT!

Helms drags Faith up by the arm and pulls him in close for the devastating elbow smash but Faith somehow ducks the impact and rolls his man up...............1........................2.............shoulder up!

HA: Nearly stole one...

They get back up and Helms aims a big boot at the head of his foe but Faith shows great reflexes to duck under the impact and he sprints off the ropes, as quickly as his ribs will allow....

HE: SEE YA!

HA: Faith couldn't reach those high speeds and he telegraphed it...

Helms ducks his shoulder into Faith's path and lifts him into a ring-shattering Samoan drop.......................1......................2..........Faith again pushes his shoulder up!

HA: Cameron Faith showing great heart and resilience here....tremendous opening match here on Anarchy...

HE: It's a great match but Faith is being dismantled, you really think he'll be 100% now heading to Born in Fire?

HA: Maybe not but Helms still has another match tonight....he may want to think about his own energy levels!

Helms complains to the referee about the speed of his count and then goes back to work. He trash talks Cameron Faith and then he grabs him by the back of the neck and pulls him up, flipping him up onto his shoulders...

HE: BACK TO...

Faith rolls down Helms' back, preventing the powerbomb, but he can't pull the champion down into a pinning combo. Helms aims a downward punch into Faith's head and then pulls free of his grasp, running off the ropes...

HE: BEHEADING!

HA: OH MY...

Helms looks for the punt kick to the head but Faith shifts his body so that his back and ribs take the brunt of the impact, sending him rolling under the ropes to the outside.

HE: Faith definitely has internal injuries here...

Faith is doubled over, struggling to breathe, as Helms heads over the ropes and reaches to the outside. He grabs Faith by the hair and pulls him up onto the apron...

HA: Guillotine....INCOMING!

Faith grabs Helms' head and he drops him across the top rope, sending the TV Champ scrambling back, and then he launches himself into a springboard clothesline, only to get countered in midair by a monstrous spinning AA spinebuster....

HE: What a counter.....that's why that man is the longest reigning champion in 6CW....

HA: That may have finished off Cameron Faith's resistance.....Helms lining him up now....

Helms motions that he is about to put Faith to sleep with his elbow when Xavier Ross leaps the barricade at ringside. Helms looks irate as Ross' presence, pointing at him and demanding the referee get him out of there...

HE: Ross is not scheduled for his match yet....he shouldn't be here...

HA: I guess he wanted a front row seat before he tackles Helms himself...

Ross puts his hands up in mock innocence as he circles the ringside area, Helms still looking furious at the distraction. The TV Champ takes a deep breath and then turns back to Faith, seizing his wrist as he pulls him up...

HE: HE HAS NO BUSINESS UP THERE!

Ross leaps onto the apron now and helms throws Faith aside as he darts over and tries to decapitate Ross with a right hand, the cocky young upstart dropping out of range before impact. Helms is yelling in fury...

HA: I said it in the beginning and I maintain that Marty Helms brought this all on himself...

1.
..
..
.....2
..
..
..
..................3!

HE: NO!

HA: Yes....he got him.....

The crowd are bouncing as Cameron Faith staggers in behind Helms and he pushes him into the ropes before dragging him down into a rolling pin that keeps Helms down for the three count. Helms is on his knees and looking furious as Faith stumbles away with his arm raised...

HE: This can't be happening....

HA: Oh it is....Cameron Faith just took the W over Marty Helms...

HE: That's because of Xavier Ross....he never should have been out here....

HA: He was getting ready for his own match with Helms.....

Helms is already on his feet and he clatters into Faith from behind, knocking him to the floor and drawing the ire of the 6CW faithful. Helms looks apoplectic as he rains down kicks and stomps on his rival...

HA: Completely uncalled for....needs to be stopped immediately...

The referee intervenes and pushes Helms away from Faith, allowing the Scotsman time to regain himself. Helms spits in disgust and then he turns away from the scene....

HE: AHHHHHHH!

Xavier Ross rushes in with the TV Title and smacks Helms clean between the eyes with the belt. There is a mixed reaction from the crowd as Ross drags Helms back up and then he powerbombs him into the turnbuckle...

HE: What's going on here?

HA: Helms has another match, and I guess Ross doesn't want to wait....

Helms staggers back out of the corner as the referee signals to the timekeeper to ring the bell and Xavier Ross drags Helms in close...

Match 2
Marty Helms vs Xavier Ross

HA: LIGHT THE WAY!

HE: This can't be...

1..
..
....2
..
...........3!

HA: Just like that....Marty Helms has been knocked off by both of his Born in Fire opposition on the same night.....his title reign is in serious jeopardy!

HE: He's been screwed.....this isn't right....

HA: Helms has no problem breaking the rules to suit himself, now it has come back to bite him in his a55......Xavier Ross needed just four seconds to get that win.....might be a record.....

HE: He hit him with the belt, he interfered in the match with Faith....it's a series of screwjobs....

HA: What goes around comes around....Helms said he wanted competition and now he's damn well got it....

Ross stands over Helms with a cocky grin on his face. He reaches down and grabs the TV Title before raising it over his head and his fallen rival....

HA: Is this a sign of things to come? Xavier Ross could be on the cusp of his first championship reign....

HE: It'll be a whole different story at Born in Fire, mark my words.....

HA: ACT OF FAITH!

Cheers erupt around the arena as Ross turns around and straight into a superkick from Cameron Faith that leaves him flat on his back next to Marty Helms. Faith stumbles over, gingerly, and then takes his turn to raise the TV Title in the air, the fans in attendance roaring in approval and chanting his name...

HA: Or will this man be leaving Born in Fire as the TV Champion?

HE: Like I said, see what happens when the title is on the line....both these guys are going to rue screwing over Marty Helms....and I like Xavier Ross, I just wish he'd never crossed such a destructive force....

Post by JJJohnson Wed 24 Oct 2018, 11:01 am

*In a well-lit room, we see a collection of men and women around a large round table. Two of those are recognisable as 6CW stars Perfect Jack and Clarke James. They appear to be mid-meeting, with different merchandise on the table.

CJ: Look, we are big business, so if you are not going to take us seriously, then maybe Toys’r’us isn’t the brand we need. Maybe Mattel over there are really the big players

Exec: Mr James, I am going to explain this again. Toys’r’us don’t make toys. We sell toys. Mattel are the ones you should be interested in, we would then discuss with them. I am not entirely sure why we are here.

PJ: You’re here because my lawyer *he points to a lady on his left* is the best in the business and she got you here

Exec: Yes, I understand that. Except I am not sure why your lawyer is arranging your business meetings. I know Miss Williams, she is an excellent lawyer. But she is also a divorce lawyer

Lawyer: I have told you this before, Jack…

CJ: Silence!

*He slams his hand on the table but no one is impressed

CJ: I demand Stratusfaction! Mattel, do we have a deal?

*A woman across the table straightens up, obviously the presence for Mattel.

Mattel: For what? Mr James, you have just presented us with cardboard cutouts of things you’d like to be made. This

*She picks up a 6CW championship belt torn in half

Mattel: This half and half belt could sell, I guess. But our deal is with the company.

CJ: We are the company, Mrs Toycompanyperson. World Champions run the place

Mattel: You aren’t world champions.

CJ: Yet! We aren’t the world champions of the world yet. But…

Mattel: If the company want these made, they will be made.

PJ: AN OFFER!

CJ: We must discuss this together...alone. Excuse us.

*The pair stand up and then exit the room. Out in the corridor, they talk

PJ: Why does one have a normal name and the other is weird?

CJ: I know! Williams is definitely only a tennis player name, I think she’s a fake. Makes sense, Toys’r’us definitely make toys, that’s why their business is thriving.

PJ: You’re right! So, is it a mask? Or maybe she’s a robot?

CJ: Jack, concentrate. You’ve let the robot distract you. We need to finalise plans for our reign. The world’s first double world champs of the world need to be prepared for this stuff. Sure, the ring is where we fight, but backstage is where the battle lies.

PJ: We demand respect, we’re the world double world champions of the world.

CJ: You missed a world.

PJ: I did?

CJ: World’s first world double world world champions of world the world world.

PJ: Geez, how are we gonna fit that on our belts?

CJ: The belt will fit what I want it to fit when I tell it what I want it to fit.

The camera pans round to show JJ approaching…

JJ: Yo, ain’ this a site y’all. 6-C-Dubs favourite comedy duo! How you doin’, fellas?

JJ reaches out and shakes hand with Perfect Jack and reaches out to Clarke James who awkwardly moves in for a hug…

JJ: Easy, chief. Momma told me ‘bout yo’ type!

James backs off awkwardly and shrugs…

JJ: So this is it fo’ ‘yous? On the brink o’ destiny or suttin’? Y’all ever considered what happens after Born in Fire?

PJ: What do you mean?

JJ: Well, I’m jus’ sayin’ that ain’ nothing gon’ last fo’ever? At some point yous’ ain’ gon’ see eye to eye no more? One of yous is gon’ see themselves as the stand out playa and wan’ be the number one guy roun’ here? I mean, yous two ever sat down and been honest about this?

CJ: Honest about what? We’re a team? We’ve been through all this together. This is about making history, JJ?

JJ: Y’all sayin’ I don’ know about history? Y’all know who I am right? JJ Johnson? I was winning titles before you were just a swimmer in Hero’s sack, Cee-Jay? This ain’ about history. This be about neither o’ yous being able to hit that top rung on your own. Come off it, playa? Son, you got the worst record in the history o’ world title fights. You always come up short.

CJ: Whoa, hang on man…

JJ: Look, I ain’ tryna cause trouble fo’ nobody. All I’m sayin is yous gotta work out what y’all gonna do if and when this goes wrong. Whatever happens, yous sure as hell have made people laugh along the way. Y’all keep it tight now…

JJ chuckles to himself and walks off as Clarke James turns and looks at Perfect Jack.

*Uryu is backstage in the doctor’s office. He sits on, but behind him stands Alex Walker. They look to their side to see the Doctor working. Uryu turns to Walker

UI: A female doctor? Not sure how that can work, think of the traditions! The Doctor should be a man, always has been, always will be. What next, a Scottish James Bond?!

*Walker looks confused at Uryu

AW: Are you reading that off your phone?

*Uryu looks up

UI: Oh, sorry, been on the Daily Mail website. Bit bored.

*The doctor turns and the pair are ready for the results

Dr: Well, Mr Ishida, the news is interesting. Technically, I can clear you

*Uryu smiles

Dr: However...I must warn you about the damage you are doing to yourself. Well, that he is doing to you. You can wrestle, Uryu, but these brawls, the weapons, they are going to do irreversible damage. Concussions aren’t something you can just keep repeating, and I can see the danger coming your way. I ask that you rest.

AW: Uryu, I can stop you, but I am not minded to force you this time. With clearance, I am letting you decide as you desired. You wanted the control. But take these warnings into account, think about whether Engel is worth your career.

*Uryu is quiet, thinking, but unabashed

UI: Stepping aside, backing down, letting Engel do this unanswered; what career would I have if I was that man?

*Walker nods, respecting the decision, but still wearied by it

AW: We’ll be in continued discussions, Uryu. I am worried, that slip of the tongue he made...he is not the Xtreme champion, there is no Xtreme division in 6CW, but whether he knows or cares is another matter

*With a silence between them, the scene fades.

*O’Callaghan is seen backstage and for the first time in a while, there are a smattering of cheers when he is shown on the big screen.

O’C: Look who we have here then…

*The cameras pan to where O’Callaghan is looking: there stands Charles Kramer, still radiantly smug, emanating arrogance as ever.

O’C: And all alone too, no Anthony, no security, no legal team.

CK: What are you implying, Irishman?

*O’Callaghan smiles

O’C: Well, I’m looking to solve some problems, you see. Evidence is piling up, you know the drill. Persecution has had to hand over all it’s stuff from discovery, yada yada yada.

CK: Watch a lot of crime shows?

O’C: Fiction is all well and good, but I’m starting to tire of it. I have found myself in a world where repercussions are far more limited.

*Kramer’s back straightens, a little fear showing

CK: What do you mean? If you attack me, I’ll make your life hell!

O’C: Oh see, the thing is, you’re in a 6CW arena and you’ve had to sign a 6CW contract to be here regularly, to go ringside. There’s insurance, of course. And you wouldn’t want to miss out on that money, so I know you’ve signed it. Which gives me the perfect chance to get rid of one problem…

*Kramer backs away and O’Callaghan matches that stride almost immediately, and then grabs Kramer by the throat.

O’C: Be ready, Charles. Be prepared. You’ve stepped into my world now.

CK: We can talk, we can find ways to get you back to where you want to be. I know things.

O’C: You don’t know enough. If you did, you’d know that I want to do this through him, not around him. I want him first. I want him and everything he brings. All his bulls*** games, all his entourage, every card he has to play. I want to beat him with the full deck.

*He lets Kramer go and Grace’s legal eagle slides down the wall and onto the floor

O’C: But once Grace is destroyed, the house of cards will fall. You’ll either crash down from the top, Charles, or be crushed underneath the rest. Whatever happens, I’ll be the one you’ll see as it happens.

*O’Callaghan spits on the floor next to Kramer and walks away.

*Marty Helms is shown storming through the backstage area, he bursts into Alex Walkers office to find the General Manager sat at his desk…

AW: Sure, just barge in, I’m not busy at all….

MH: Oh cut the crap, Alex! Did you see what happened to me out there? Are you pleased with yourself? This whole thing is a god, damn, joke.

AW: You need to calm down.

MH: CALM DOWN?! ARE YOU FRICKING SERIOUS!?

*Helms slams his fist on to Walker’s desk as the General Manager gets to his feet

AW: Do we need to get someone in here to remove you? Cause I sure as hell am not going to have talent coming in here and pushing their weight around.

MH: Oh, you’d know all about pushing your weight around, wouldn’t you? Tell me, Alex. How many other talents have you double booked since you walked into this company again? I’ll tell you, none. But you sure as sh*t manage to stick it to the guys trying their hardest and putting the graft in. Is it because you’re threatened? Is that why you stuck it to Grace, or O’Callaghan? Putting me in a triple threat?

AW: Hold up a minute…. I didn’t stick it to anyone. I’m running a business. I’m putting on a show for the fans. The people that pay the money, they people that pay your damn salary. And you pulled a double shift? Big news. Who cares. What goes around, comes around. You wanna talk the talk, Marty, you can damn sure back it up out there.

MH: I did…

AW: I’m still talking.

*Walker stares a hole through Helms…

AW: Next time you take it upon yourself to burst into my office, I’d think about how you wanna act and what you’re hoping to achieve. Cause if pi**ing off the GM was top of your goals, you nailed it, kid.

As for Born in Fire, you’re damn right you’re in a triple threat, and you can guarantee that match is STILL on. Now get the hell outta my office before I strip you of that damn title and suspend your ass.

*Helms stands, fuming as he eyeballs Walker.

MH: This ain’t over, Walker.

AW: Oh, I believe it is.

*Helms shakes his head and storms out of the office, slamming the door as Walker sits back down at his desk and we head back to ringside

Match 2
The Fanatic vs Frank Horrigan

The action returns to ringside as "Change" is echoing out, met by cheers from the crowd, and The Fanatic marches to the ring with James McManus by his side. McManus is chatting to his teammate as they reach the ring...

HA: James McManus looks like a man with renewed confidence after the return of The Fanatic two weeks ago....

HE: Feeling pretty proud of themselves after that attack on our tag champions...

HA: Attack? The TA have been ganging up on McManus for the last month, it was about damn time they got a taste of their own medicine....finally The TA may have a challenge on their hands that they cannot overcome...

HE: Please don't talk stupid, we are talking about the greatest tag team in history....there are no challenges...

"Machine Gun" then booms out to a mixed reaction as Jackson Jackson and Max Adamson flank the huge form of Frank Horrigan. Horrigan has fire in his eyes as he points down to the ring and motions snapping something in half...

HA: I'm not surprised that Horrigan has brought the cavalry with him...

HE: McManus is out here with The Fanatic, what did you expect?

HA: For a man the size of Horrigan I really don't get why he needs the backup....he's a man mountain....

Horrigan climbs over the top rope and he immediately goes head to head with The Fanatic, who refuses to budge an inch. Both men stare into one another's eyes as the referee tries to stay in between them...

HA: The Fanatic is slightly taller but Horrigan has the weight advantage...this is a real clash of the titans here....a precursor to a huge tag team battle at Born in Fire...

Both men continue to glare at one another and then Horrigan shoves his opponent in the chest, sending him off balance. Fanatic then answers back with a huge right hand that rocks Horrigan on his heels...

HA: I wouldn't be expecting a mat classic here, folks, because this is going to be smash mouth, hard-hitting destruction...

Horrigan clutches Fanatic and delivers a headbutt that sends him back into the corner but again Fanatic bounces back with a clothesline that wobbles his man, Horrigan just about staying on his feet. Fanatic follows up with a right and left hook to the body and then he grabs Horrigan's arm for an Irish whip...

HE: Horrigan way too powerful...

Horrigan is able to reverse with ease and he sends Fanatic off the ropes whilst dropping his head for a backdrop on the return. Fanatic stops just short and delivers a stiff kick to his opponent's face before thundering into him with a shoulder tackle that sends Horrigan through the middle ropes and to the outside...

HA: Fanatic is going high....that's a seven foot man....OH MY!

*Crowd pop

HE: That isn't right....

Adamson and Jackson have gone to check on Horrigan as The Fanatic scales the ropes and then dives off with a flying tackle that wipes all of the opposition out on the outside. McManus is applauding his teammate as he drags Horrigan back up and dumps him into the ring...

HE: That was a physical provocation....

HA: Jackson and Adamson should count themselves lucky after their actions of late, they deserve much worse....

Fanatic is once again quick to climb the turnbuckle, waiting for Horrigan to rise, and then he launches to meet him with a flying shoulder block, taking the TA man off his feet.................1...................2..........Horrigan pushes his shoulder off the mat. Fanatic gets to his feet and he beckons for Horrigan to stand before seizing him by the throat...

HA: CHOKE...

Horrigan uses his power to break Fanatic's grip, chopping him at the elbow, and then he boots him in the gut before delivering a huge scooped slam. Horrigan ushers Fanatic up again and scores with a second slam before dragging him up for a third time and nails a pumphandle fall away...
..
.....1
..
.......2
..
............shoulder up!

HA: Horrigan might just be the strongest man on the roster....Fanatic is a seven foot giant and Horrigan is still just ragdolling him around...

Fanatic is dazed as he gets to his feet and Horrigan crushes him in the corner with a running splash and then he lifts his foe up into a seated position on the turnbuckle. Horrigan points at McManus and draws a finger across his throat....

HE: Frank Horrigan sending a message....McManus should never have brought his friend back to suffer the same fate....ICONOCLASM!

Horrigan looks for the huge slam from on high but Fanatic refuses to budge and in desperation he reaches over and rakes Horrigan's eyes. He keeps hold of Horrigan's arm as he stands up onto the top rope and walks across...

HA: Quick thinking counter here.....OLD SCHOOL!

Fanatic leaps from the top and lands with the clothesline across the back of Horrigan's neck, taking him to one knee. Fanatic then rushes off the ropes and returns with a brutal boot to the face...............................1.....................2...........kickout!

HE: Fanatic needs more than that....he's up against a trailblazer right now...

HA: He's up against a tag team specialist in a singles match....I'd say Fanatic has the edge here...

Fanatic drags Horrigan back up and attempts a suplex but Horrigan refuses to be lifted and then counters with a suplex lift of his own before launching his man across the ring, Fanatic landing hard on his chest. Fanatic stumbles back up and Horrigan lifts him up onto his shoulders.....

HE: HORRIGAN'S...

Fanatic scrambles off the back of Horrigan and he pushes him into the ropes, dropping his head as Horrigan returns....

HA: WHAT A DDT!

Horrigan scouts it and runs back into a sickening DDT.................1...................2.........Fanatic kicks out. James McManus bangs his hand on the mat from the outside and urges his partner to get back into proceedings...

HE: McManus happy for somebody else to do the hardwork....he was no match for The TA...

HA: It was two on one every damn week, what do you expect?

Horrigan backs up in the corner and he motions for Fanatic to stand and then he rushes towards him with a huge bicycle kick...

HA: Ducked it....WHAT A CHOKESLAM!

Fanatic dodges the impact and then shows great strength to grab Horrigan by the throat and lift him off the mat with a ring-shaking chokeslam. Jackson Jackson quickly jumps on the apron...

HA: Get him down from there...

HE: He's just checking on his teammate...

Max Adamson is on the opposite side of the ring distracting the referee as Jackson ascends the ropes and then launches off with a side kick straight to the jaw of The Fanatic, taking him off his feet. McManus then storms the ring and almost spins JJ inside out with a huge lariat, he then drags Jackson back up and launches him over the top rope to the outside...

HA: The TA aren't so dominant without the numbers advantage...

The crowd are cheering as McManus then heads around the ring to confront Max Adamson, beckoning for him to come and fight. Adamson looks amused as he turns and starts to talk trash with McManus...

HA: At least the referee can go back to concentrating on what is happening in the ring...

Fanatic is first to his feet and he grabs Horrigan by the back of the neck and pulls him into position....

HA: TOTAL ELIM...

Horrigan swipes his opponent's feet and then shows incredible strength as he swings Fanatic around by his legs, a full ten revolutions before he lets go. Horrigan is a little unsteady but he keeps his footing as he orders Fanatic back up and scoops him onto his shoulders....

HE: HORRIGAN'S LAW....FORGET IT!

1.
..
..
...2
..
..
..............3!

HE: Told you....

HA: FOOT ON THE ROPES!

HE: No, that was McManus dammit....

HA: The Parasite Killers not adverse to a little rule breaking themselves...

The crowd cheer as McManus places Fanatic's foot on the bottom rope whilst on the blindside of the referee, voiding the pinfall. Adamson is up on the apron, remonstrating with the official but the referee orders the match to continue...

HE: McManus only prolonging the beating for The Fanatic anyway.....BROGUE KICK!

Fanatic catches the foot of Horrigan at the very last moment and then he shoves Horrigan backward, knocking Max off the apron at the same time. Horrigan comes forward and Fanatic grabs him by the throat again...

HA: Another chokeslam...

Horrigan delivers a vicious headbutt to his opponent's face and then runs him back into the corner. He delivers three crunching shoulder thrusts to the gut and then he lifts Fanatic up onto the top rope...

HE: He won't survive again....ICONO...

Fanatic jumps out over Horrigan's head and lands in the centre of the ring. Horrigan rushes forward and looks for a double axe handle smash but Fanatic ducks under and then uses both hands to seize his man around the throat...

HA: CHOKEBOMB!

Jackson Jackson tries to pull himself up on the apron but McManus grabs his heel and yanks him down, cracking Jackson's chin off the apron as he does so....

1.
..
..
....2
..
..
..
.................3!

HA: He got him.....Fanatic with the big win heading into Born in Fire......

HE: This is a sham....so much rule breaking....

HA: The TA got played at their own game, quit complaining.......the odds are evened and we might just have new tag team champions in two weeks time....

HE: What are they doing now?

Fanatic has his arm raised in victory and the crowd applaud before James McManus throws Jackson Jackson back into the ring. Jackson tries to scurry for safety but The Fanatic grabs him and drags him up before locking a big hand around the throat...

HE: This is so unnecessary........

HA: This is called sending a message.....last time the Parasite Killers competed at Born in Fire they won the tag titles....will history repeat itself? OH WOW!

McManus climbs the ropes and he launches off as Fanatic lifts Jackson airborne, meeting him in midair with a clothesline as Fanatic plants him back down with an almighty chokeslam, both men adding to the destructive impact.

HA: if they land that move in two weeks then the belts will be changing hands, mark my words.....

McManus gets up and high fives The Fanatic as they stand over their fallen opposition. The Parasite Killers then exit the ring, to a big ovation, as Max Adamson rolls in to check on his team...

HE: Max will pick up the pieces....he'll make sure they're ready for Born in Fire...

HA: He better, because I think this may just be their sternest test yet....this is turning into a terrible night for the self proclaimed "Beacons of Excellence"

*Cameron Faith stands with Tim Allen

TA: Cameron, a big start to the evening. Yourself and Xavier Ross obviously have a lot of animosity towards our Television Champion.

CF: Aye, fair hate the c***. And Ross.

TA: So there’s no plan here for the two of you to take out a bigger problem?

*Faith goes to speak, but another voice interrupts.

“Oh, there’s no bigger issue in play here than the one who has just walked into your little interview...”

*Xavier Ross walks into the interview

XR: I am the problem for these men, Tim. I am the one Helms has to fear.

CF: Words are easy, pal. Try fighting....how's the jaw?

*Ross smirks and taps his chin, wincing slightly from the bruise left by the earlier superkick. Faith takes steps towards Ross and the pair come face to face.

CF: But am no into it now, pal.

XR: Yes, Cameron. You do have a little sense resting in there...landing that kick when my back is turned is one thing, I'd like to see just how tough you are when we're face to face...

CF: Born in Fire, time to burn...you'll see

XR: Yes, Cameron. I agree. We wait, we settle this at the pay-per-view. And one of us emerges as champion, after we demolish the idiot first. I want this one on one, you and I, and I want this with the title.

CF: Aye. I’ll take him down and then you, lad.

*Faith nods, and walks away, the scene fading as Ross smiles.

*Christy James is walking through the corridors, followed by the cameras. She arrives at the changing room doors, knocks loudly and then goes in without waiting. As she steps in, the light from outside illuminates a patch in the room. There sits Gazzy, staring at bandages he has wrapped around his palms.

CJ: Stop this!

*She flicks the light and Gazzy looks up. His eyes adjust, but he shows no happiness, sadness, anger or any other emotion.

CJ: What does this achieve?

GD: What does what achieve?

CJ: What do you think, Gazzy? Sitting back here alone, spending all this time alone - what does it do?

GD: It brings me to where I need to be, Christy.

CJ: We did this, we did the lonewolf stuff. You tried to hide this all from me, and it nearly killed us. If you hide from me, you hide in the darkness, none of the light can get in.

GD: Christy, I know you are my light. But this one is different. I’m not lost in the shadows like before, I’m walking through them.

*She steps over to him and then sits next to him, resting an arm on his leg.

CJ: It’s where he wants you to be

*He turns to her, looks her in the eye and takes her hands in his

GD: I love you, Christy, but I need to do this alone. Not to protect you, but to protect me. Nothing means more to me than you, but Liam Wood won’t stop in harming you. He lost the one woman who cared for him, and look what happened? He’s gone from Anakin to Vader.

CJ: And what are you? Luke?

*Gazzy smiles, and the smile gets to Christy too.

CJ: I’ve missed that smile

GD: Maybe I am the Luke in this story, Christy. The good guy, full of emotion, full of flaws...maybe destined for my own Skywalker ending.

*The smile fades and the pair meet eyes again.

GD: He will go beyond the limitations of honour and this business. For me, for you, for us...please stay away from Born in Fire.

*Christy just stares but Gazzy intent remains. He locks eyes with her and she nods, sadly, slowly. The scene fades as they hug.

Main Event
Cerberus/Uryu Ishida/O'Callaghan/GazzyD vs Perfect Jack/Engel Harlequin/Liam Wood/Anthony Grace

HE: Tell this main event isn't going to be off the chain?

HA: I'm quite surprised this match has been given the green light considering we are two weeks out from Born in Fire....so many combustible elements in this one and I have a bad feeling about it....

HE: It's all about the ratings, social media has been buzzing since this match was announced....the people know the potential in this main event....

HA: Folks we need to head backstage before anything else....I'm hearing reports of a big incident taking place....

The cameras quickly change and on the run we hear the commotion before we see it as Liam Wood has launched GazzyD against a stack of production cases. He drags Gazzy back up and smashes him through the firedoor and out into the parking lot, security rushing onto the scene to try and prevent it from going any further.

HA: Liam Wood is a damn maniac.....these two men are set for Last Man Standing at Born in Fire.....isn't that enough?

HE: GazzyD pursued this and Wood warned him not to....now he's going to pay, he'll be lucky if he gets to Born in Fire...

Wood picks up a steel girder, blocking off access to the arena, and he hauls it backwards at the security in order to keep them at bay. He then kneels over Gazzy and rains down heavy punches to his head before hauling him up once more...

HA: This side to Liam Wood needs to be kept in line.....he's got evil intentions.....NOT AGAIN!

HE: He's gonna do to Gazzy what he did to Kenty....

Wood pulls Gazzy over to a nearby car and he cracks his head straight into the driver's window, fortunately the glass doesn't budge but leaves a mark from the impact. Wood pulls Gazzy's head up again...

Wood: I told you....I told you and that stupid b1tch what would happen if you crossed me.....

HE: OH MY GOD!

Wood aims Gazzy's head at the window again but this time Gazzy elbows free and slams Wood's head straight through the glass, leaving the UK Champion sprawled there. Gazzy takes a few moments to compose himself as the alarm sounds out...

HA: GazzyD just destroyed Liam Wood's face....he had no other damn choice....do or die....

HE: Wood was going to end Gazzy once and for all....but his plan has backfired....he's a bloody mess!

HA: Now Gazzy looks fired up....this needs to be stopped...

Medics and security are on site, trying to calm the situation, but Gazzy looks furious now as he drags the blood-stained face of Liam Wood from the remains of the window and he hauls him onto the bonnet of the car before climbing after him.

HE: What's he doing.....Gazzy don't do it...

HA: Gazzy's feelings toward Wood are mutual....he wants this ended.....SWEET MOTHER OF GOD....DEEP IMPACT ON THE HOOD OF THE CAR!

The dull thud echoes through the carpark as Gazzy hooks Wood's arms and then destroys him on top of the car with the facebuster. Gazzy just kneels there for a moment and then slides off as security move in...

HE: If this was at Born in Fire then we'd have a new UK Champion, no doubt....Wood is not answering a ten count...

HA: Liam Wood will be lucky if he's properly conscious in the next hour after that...

Security: Mr Walker's orders, Gazzy....we need to escort you from the building....

The security guards motion for the medics to move in and check on Liam Wood as Gazzy allows himself to be directed back into the arena. Wood is a bloody messy, unmoving face-down on the roof of the car, and medics have to be extremely careful as they load him down onto a stretcher...

HA: Liam Wood is battered here....just two weeks from Born in Fire....you have to imagine what state he's going to be in when he arrives to defend the UK Championship!

HE: Can he defend after that? GazzyD has brutalised him here....

HA: Gazzy had no other choice, if he hadn't reacted then Wood was going to do the same to him if not worse....

HE: These two men and this whole situation is out of control....

HA: And now you can see why I said this main event was a bad idea...

HE: The main event hasn't even started....what the hell is going to happen with the six guys left?

HA: Was scheduled for an eight man tag match but folks we are down to six.....quick commercial break and we'll be back....

Post by JJJohnson Wed 24 Oct 2018, 11:22 am

We return from the break and there is a split screen of Liam Wood being tended to by medics and then the action at ringside, where Cerberus has arrived to complete the six man tag action. Cerberus is stood at the base of the ring as Perfect Jack and Clarke James come from either side of the ring...

HA: James isn't even part of this damn match...this looks like a damn mugging...

HE: I think that's what they have in mind...

Cerberus stares from one to the other and then storms for Clarke James, who quickly retreats. PJ tries to come in on the blindside but Cerberus spins and decks him with a huge right hand...

HA: The world champion in no mood to mess around here, he's had enough of the games...

In the ring, Uyu Ishida ushers O'Callaghan to the corner as he indicates he wants a fight with Engel Harlequin. Harlequin looks delighted as he steps toward the centre for a showdown...

HA: Uryu has been chomping at the bit for this....finally he has his clearance...

HE: But there's no way he's 100% for this...

Cerberus shakes his head at CJ and PJ as he takes his place on the apron and then focus goes back to the ring. Uryu tries to keep Engel at distance and then aims a winging kick in the direction of his head...

HA: This has become a very personal feud in a very short space of time...

HE: Engel can do that....he has an innate ability to get under your skin....

Engel chuckles as he continues to circle with Uryu and then he feints to rush in, which forces Uryu back a few steps. Uryu looks fired up but is extremely wary of engaging...

HA: Uryu recognises the danger of Engel....he wants a fight but he knows he has to be careful...

Uryu suddenly throws caution to the wind as he jumps forward with his knee in the air, Engel just getting his hands in front of his face before full impact can be made. Uryu then lashes a kick across the back of Engel's knee and tries to pull him into a Muay Thai clinch, driving his knees up inside the guard of Harlequin...

HE: Uryu's in close, that's a dangerous place to be....SEE!

Uryu suddenly releases and drops back, clutching his eye, and Engel smirks as replays show that a bite took place in the clinch. Engel takes advantage and runs in behind Uryu with a jumping knee to the spine, sending him crashing against the turnbuckle. He drags Ishida back out and nails a spinning sit-out spinebuster..............1..................2.........Uryu pops his shoulder!

HA: Engel Harlequin has always been unhinged and unstable but this version of him is unlike anything I have ever seen....I mean seriously; his list of casualties and the measures he has taken against them is quite frankly frightening...

Engel kneels over Uryu and rains down fists, talking to him the entire time, and then he gets back to his feet, finding himself staring directly at Cerberus...

HE: A whole history between these two men...

Engel and Cerberus continue to stare at each other and then Engel grins and turns away. He waits for Uryu to get back up and then scoops him up onto his shoulders....

HA: NECKBREA....

Uryu elbows his way off the back of Engel and pushes him against the ropes but Harlequin returns with a flying body tackle that wipes Ishida out at the midsection. Engel then crawls to the corner, remaining on his knees, and offers a tag to Anthony Grace...

HA: Grace looks disgusted at having to even touch Engel's hand...

HE: He still hasn't forgotten that Engel has his title belt...

Grace quickly climbs in and he levels Uryu with right hands before whipping him off the ropes, sending him airborne with a huge backdrop as he returns. Uryu holds his spine as he gets back up and Grace nails him with an atomic drop before running him forward for a bulldog...

HA: TALK ABOUT IMPACT!

HE: That should be a disqualification...

Uryu stops short and uses Grace' momentum to shove him forward, straight into a right hand from O'Callaghan over the top rope. Grace stumbles back up and Uryu sprints in behind with a backstabber, pulling Grace away from the ropes......................1.....................2...............shoulder up. Uryu stumbles up and offers OC the tag....

HA: O'Callaghan is not turning this opportunity down...

O'Callaghan beckons Grace up and he lights his chest with vicious chops and then he whips him off the ropes, dropping him with a brutal knee lift to the gut as he returns. O'Callaghan lashes a kick into Grace's spine and then he runs the ropes, returning with a big boot to the face..............1..................2.............shoulder up. OC lets Grace back up and he snapmares him onto the canvass into a seated position once more...

HA: O'Callaghan seems to have his confidence back following that win over Grace last time out....

OC bounces back off the ropes again and then he returns with a snapback neckbreaker.............1...................2...........kickout. O'Callaghan mocks Grace as he beckons him up and then tries to pull him into a coquina clutch...

HE: Grace is not getting caught out again...

Grace slams his head back into O'Callaghan's face and pulls free of his clutches before spinning out, kicks his man in the gut and drills him with a big time spiked DDT............1.....................2..............shoulder up!

HA: That was a heavy landing for O'Callaghan there, game-changer?

HE: Listen to this disrespect...

Crowd: You tapped out x10

Grace is stood, hands on hips, as the crowd shower him with abuse. He shakes his head at them as he backs up into the corner and signals for his opponent to stand up and face him....

HE: Anthony Grace is about to set the record straight, that will shut these idiots up....A LEVEL!

Grace leaps through the air for the superman punch but O'Callaghan steps out of range and then counters his man with a huge German suplex. He keeps his arms locked as he drags him back up into a second suplex, followed up by a third...

HA: The wrestling machine has been unleashed....

OC drags his man up for a fourth time and he spins Grace around before drilling him with a big time belly to belly slam....
..
...1
..
......2
..
...........shoulder up!

HE: O'Callaghan better soak up this attention and momentum because it will all come crashing down for him at Born in Fire, mark my words...Anthony Grace is a big fight performer, he shines on the grandest stages...

HA: Up until recently so did O'Callaghan, he tore through this company....I'd say it is one of the hardest to call bouts on the pay per view card...

OC drags his man up and he nails him with a snap suplex before heading for the corner. The crowd are in fine voice as the Irishman heads up high....

HA: O'Callaghan not afraid of a risk...

*crowd boo

HA: Ridiculous....

HE: That's what teammates are for...

Perfect Jack grabs OC's heel and crotches him up on the turnbuckle, drawing the ire of the audience. Jack feigns innocence as Grace gets back to his feet and ascends the turnbuckle....

HA: IMPACT!

The ring shakes from the huge superplex delivered from on high.................1...........................2............O'Callaghan just manages to push his shoulder up off the canvass, sparking a roar from the crowd.

HE: That was a slow count...

HA: O'Callaghan showing his grit....

Grace pushes himself back up and allows Perfect Jack to tag himself in. PJ stomps on any part of O'Callaghan's body he can reach before dragging him up and launches him against the turnbuckle with a huge overhead suplex...

HE: O'Callaghan just got folded up, now he is in there with a real wrestling machine...

HA: Shame those wrestling skills won't help Jack at Born in Fire...OH CMON!

Out of nowhere Jack sprints to the corner and dives into a low dropkick to Cerberus' knee, taking the champion out and off the apron. The crowd are booing furiously as Jack smirks and then heads back over to O'Callaghan, beckoning him up and into a big time Olympic slam...

HE: Cerberus won't even be able to climb a ladder at Born in Fire...

Jack stays on his knees and grins as Cerberus struggles up on the outside. The referee is busy taking PJ to task and that allows Clarke James to drive Cerberus backwards into the steel steps, the knee of the monster colliding with the solid base...

HA: This is getting out of hand now....

HE: It is the perfect tactics...

CJ moves away from the scene and holds his hands up in mock sincerity as the referee checks on the situation. PJ then drags O'Callaghan up and gives a signal...

HE: PERFECT PLE...

OC switches out and boots Jack in the gut before running him to the ropes and launching him over the top, sending him crashing into Clarke James on the outside. O'Callaghan takes a moment to compose himself and then turns back to the centre....

HE: BLOCKBUSTER!

The boos fill the air once more as Anthony Grace has snuck back into the ring and wiped his rival out with the spinning roundhouse to the jaw. The referee moves in to get control of the situation...

HA: This one is close to descending here....

Uryu is up on the top rope and he flies through the air with a missile dropkick that sends Grace crashing under the ropes to the outside. Ishida is back on his feet as Engel storms him and begins to beat him with furious punches to the head and body...

HE: Yeah the referee has lost this one...

Uryu tries to tuck up and prevent sustained damage and then he grabs the front of Engel's top and topples backward, sending the clown through the ropes to the outside. Uryu then quickly clambers back up and sprints to the opposite ropes before returning with a vaulted senton over the top rope...

Crowd: Holy (beep) x10

HA: Uryu laying it all on the line...

Uryu drags Engel up and he smashes him head-long into the ringside barrier in the aisleway, leaving Harlequin slumped in a heap. Uryu then heads to the opposite side of the aisle and climbs up on the rail...

HA: What is this idiot doing?

Uryu stares across the aisle and then he dives forward with a brutal dropkick, coast to coast fashion, that ploughs Engel against the barricade. Uryu lands hard on the back of his head and neck at the same time...

HE: jeez, he's a lunatic...

HA: Probably takes one to beat one....

HE: He only just got cleared....with stunts like that it won't last long....

Jack rolls back into the ring, spotting the downed O'Callaghan, and he crawls into the cover....................1.........................2.........kickout!

HA: Jack trying to pick the bones....but he'll need more than that...

Cerberus is pulling himself up on the outside, grunting at the pain in his knee, as Clarke James drags a steel pipe out from under the ring apron and attempts to attack the world champion on the blindside....

HE: OH CLARKE!

Cerberus whirls around with a big boot clean into James' face, flattening him on the deck. Cerberus drags CJ back up and he scoop slams him onto the top of the announce desk before heading for the ring apron...

HA: Cerberus looks like he has some very bad intentions here...

Perfect Jack has beckoned O'Callaghan up and he swipes his legs, preparing for the figure four, when he spots Cerberus dragging a ladder out from under the ring. The crowd are going wild as the monster carries the ladder over to the announce table and sets it up...

HE: This is not going to end well at all...

Jack throws O'Callaghan's legs aside and bursts from the ring to intervene. Cerberus is on the second rung as Jack drags him back down and throws a right hand, only for Cerberus to catch his fist and answer with a headbutt. Cerberus then seizes PJ by the throat and throws him backwards into the ringpost...

HA: So much for being a saviour...

Cerberus then drags Jack over and he launches him ontop of Clarke on the announce table. The world champion then begins his climb to the top of the ladder, the flashbulbs going off around the arena...

HE: He's so high in the air...

HA: I don't think I can watch what happens next....

Crowd: HOLY (BEEP) x20

HE: BROKEN IN HALF DOESN'T EVEN DO IT JUSTICE...

Jack and James both roll off the table and they grab one side of the ladder each before tipping it forward, sending Cerberus hurtling downward and through the announce desks to the concrete floor. The action is back live and the whole arena is bouncing from what they have just witnessed, CJ and PJ staring at one another in disbelief...

HE: They just destroyed the monster.....they have put Cerberus to the sword...

HA: They do that at Born in Fire and we are going to have new co-world champions....no two ways about it...

HE: We're gonna have new co-champs, Cerberus will be lucky if he can walk by time we get to Born in Fire....this is a masterstroke....

CJ and PJ's faces suddenly break out in grins and the crowd boo as they grab the 6CW Title belt from the timekeeper's area and then begin to climb the ladder. They stand on either side of it, lauding it over the broken wreckage beneath them, and hoist the 6CW Championship over their heads...

HA: Are we looking into the future? Is this a sign of things to come at Born in Fire...

6CW Anarchy Results 23rd October Empty Re: 6CW Anarchy Results 23rd October

Back in the ring, O'Callaghan is stumbling up to his feet and Anthony Grace is crouched in the corner waiting for him to turn around....

HE: Payback...

HA: Grace looking to steal one on his unsuspecting opponent.....A LEVEL!

O'Callaghan dodges the superman punch once again and he hooks his arms around the waist of Grace for another German suplex but Grace spins out and knees his man in the gut before dragging him in close....

HE: BELIEVE...

O'Callaghan elbows his way out of Grace's clutches and then he ushers him back in and wipes his legs....

HA: Repeat of two weeks ago....SHARPSHOOTER!

*Crowd boo

HE: Referee said it was above the beltline...

HA: Looked dodgy to me...

Grace pulls his left leg free and boots out at the bottom of O'Callaghan's midsection, seeming to catch him somewhere south of that. O'Callaghan is doubled up in pain as Grace is able to scramble back to his feet and into the corner....

HE: This is it.....YES!

It's third time lucky as Grace launches through the air and detonates the punch straight on the jaw of O'Callaghan before collapsing into the cover...

1.
..
...2
..
...........3!

HE: He did it....that will silence the doubters...

HA: But not the critics...I think Anthony Grace got away with a blatant low blow there...

Grace refuses to let the referee raise his arm in victory as he rolls from the ring and yells out in self vindication. He stares back at O'Callaghan in disgust and then makes his way up the aisle...

HA: Grace not sticking around, I guess...

HE: These people don't deserve his time or his presence....his job is done, onto the next one...

HA: I don't know if he'll get away with that kind of rule breaking a second time with O'Callaghan.....these two are going to fight to the finish at Born in Fire...

O'Callaghan is sat on the canvass, complaining to the referee about the low blow, as the official claims he didn't see an infringement. The cameras then pan around to show Perfect Jack and Clarke James climbing down off the ladder as Cerberus continues to lay prone in the wreckage of the table...

HA: And the landscape of the world championship is once again in the balance....Cerberus looked so unbeatable for so long, but this time the stipulation and the occasion may just favour his opposition....dare I say it, the champion might just be the underdog...

HE: And what about these other two freaks...I can't even believe they're back up...

HA: Uryu still holding the back of the neck though, that was not a good landing for him earlier...

With attention focused on the ring, Uryu stands on the outside collecting himself. Unaware of his surroundings, he fails to notice Engel coming at him.

HA: Engel isn’t done yet! He wants payback now...

HE: Uryu is in the danger zone here, and OH MY!

*Engel throws Uryu shoulder first into the steps on the outside and Ishida connects then collapses to the floor.

HA: There’s no honour in this man

HE: We’re in the arena, Harold. Just cos the three has been counted, this is where we fight

HA: He certainly doesn’t seem to be done....dammit we've seen enough carnage out here and in this building tonight...

*Engel stands above Uryu laughing then picks him up. As Uryu gets to his feet, Engel giggles in his face, but isn’t prepared for Uryu to fight back

HE: Sickening headbutt!

HA: Engel got cocky!

*Engel stumbles back and towards the timekeeper’s area. Uryu sprints in

HA: Clothesline!

*Engel flies over the barrier and into the timekeeper

HE: It might not have knocked him straight to Hell, but I think his head is probably ringing like it’s back in Cherry Falls!

*Engel is downed and Uryu turns to the crowd as they roar for him. He goes into the timekeeper’s area and drags Engel up.

HA: Neither man is done!

HE: Throwing bombs!

*Back and forth they go, throwing hands and clashing. Engel is forced back as Uryu gets the upper hand, but then brings up some sort of weapon and strikes Uryu in the head.

HA: I didn’t see him bring out the International Title…

*Uryu drops down to the floor and Engel pounces on top of him, smashing the title belt into head, arm, leg, body - anywhere he can hit.

HA: That’s enough!

*Uryu goes limp, blood dripping down his head and over his body. Engel stands and raises the title

HE: That’s the Xtreme Championship!

HA: He slipped earlier, or that’s how it seemed. But Engel has lost it, he’s gone back to a different time.

HE: Maybe where he was at his best, with no rules and no limitations to his brand of anarchy.

*The crowd boo loudly and Engel walks away as medics rush down for Uryu

HA: Uryu suffers once again, and the Doctors are surely not going to let him compete any time soon.

*The cameras settle on medics working on Uryu

HE: After commercials, we see JJ Johnson and Mike Hill sign the contract for their huge match at Born in Fire - the in-ring return of international star JJ Johnson!

*We go to a break

*In the back, Uryu is in the Doctor’s office once again. Walker is there with him, concerned, as Uryu is flat out on the bed. He is covered in open wounds, blood and is the bandages and other coverings are all showing blood seeping through. He tries to sit up, but he drops back down halfway.

AW: Doctor, what can you tell me?

Dr: Nothing life threatening, Alex. But he needs a month off, at the least. I told you both earlier, he cannot handle this kind of brutality in his current state. I often wonder how these men get up the next week to wrestle after these brutal matches, but these constant attacks on Uryu have taken that resolve and split it in half.

UI: I’m fine

*Walker looks at Uryu, his voice weak and pained.

AW: Uryu, you can’t even sit up. This isn’t sustainable.

UI: I don’t care…

*Walker looks away from him and back to the doctor.

Dr: Alex, send him home. Don’t let him back for a long time. I’ve seen your schedule, he could make Day of Reckoning.

AW: He won’t stay out that long, doc. But a month’s rest seems the least before I’ll him back to be checked

UI: NO!

*They both turn to see Uryu sitting up, fury in his eyes.

UI: I want Engel.

AW: In time, Uryu

UI: Not in time, Alex! Two weeks. Born in Fire, if ever there was a more suitable name.

Dr: I can’t sign off on that, not with good conscience.

AW: And if the doc won’t, then legally I am in no position.

*Uryu stands now, somehow, shuffling up, clearly in agony.

AW: Please sit, Uryu.

UI: Born in Fire, Alex. Versus Engel. International Title. I’ve earned it, he’s earned his fate of defeat to me.

AW: I can’t sanction that, Uryu.

UI: Then make it unsanctioned. Put it on the card, Alex. I don’t need your word to fight him, but I do need a ring. Check with the madman himself, I dare say he’ll accept. Tell him to put his title on the line, you can accept it afterwards or not. That’s up to you, but this isn’t 6CW’s issue, this is his and mine.

*Walker looks Uryu in the eye, they hold eye contact for a few seconds before Walker nods and shakes his hand

AW: I do this out of respect for you, Uryu. But this is the only time, because you deserve to beat him, and he does not deserve to get away with this. It’s on the card, I will leave it up to him to put his title on the line and accept your challenge formally.

*Uryu nods and then lies back down, the doctor going over to finish caring for him and Walker walking away to prepare for the contract signing.

Post by JJJohnson Wed 24 Oct 2018, 11:29 am

HA: Folks, we are moments away from the much anticipated contract signing between JJ Johnson and Mike Hill.

HE: It promises to be a tense affair, Harold! These two men have been part of the same companies for almost the same amount of time!

HA: Only their careers have taken different paths! Mike Hill is the company man. The workhorse. Wrestling is absolutely his life. He was the ‘next big thing’, he’s done everything there is to do in this business.

HE: And then there’s JJ. The man, the myth, the legend. All American. Company Superstar, Hollywood star, an icon of this business. Whilst this may not be your typical bad blood match, there’s certainly some issues these two men are about to get off their chests…

‘Remember the Name’ by Fort Minor roars from the speakers and the crowd rise to their feet in huge applause as JJ Johnson strides out onto the stage…

HA: What a huge ovation for the Franchise Playa! Just listen to these fans!

Crowd: JJ JOHNSON! JJ JOHNSON! JJ JOHNSON!

JJ walks down the ramp towards the ring where a table has been set up, he jumps on the apron and climbs the turnbuckle to salute the fans to huge applause. He drops down into the ring and smiles at the fans at ringside as ‘The Next Big Thing’ roars from the speakers and boos erupt from the crowd….

HE: And here comes his opponent, and I have to tell you, I haven’t seen Mike Hill look this focused in a long, long time, and he is desperate to prove to these fans, and to JJ, why he is a class above…

Mike Hill walks out on to the stage, smirking as the boos get audibly louder. He stares down at the ring towards JJ Johnson who has taken his seat at the table.

HA: I have to agree with you, Henry. The focus, the look in his eyes. Mike Hill isn’t just spoiling for a fight. He is a man on a mission.

Hill reaches the bottom of the ramp and slides into the ring. He stands in front of the table, in front of JJ Johnson who gestures for him to take a seat. Hill pulls the chair back and moves in front of it. Placing his hands on the table and staring across at JJ. He steps back, sitting into the chair and staring across at JJ. He reaches on to the table and grabs one of the mics in front of him…

MH: So here we are….

JJ: Hold up…

*Crowd Pop*

JJ: Y’all don’t get to come up here, ac’in’ all big an bad, ac’in like yo da man, when y’all been calling out JJ. Y’all know who I am right? I’m the franchise playa’. I’m JJ fricking Johnson. I ain’ no chump you can jus’ be rippin’ on an’ think you can come out here an jus’ start talkin’ at me!

See, Hill, I ain’ never gon’ round calling folks out. I ain’ never found it within me to go callin’ you out. But see, you made this personal. You got my attention and now you getting; the full show. You getting JJ Johnson all riled up. But y’know what, Mike? I’m a fair man. Imma give you a chance to explain yo’self. To tell me and these fans here today, why you open’ yo’self up to one hell of an ass kicking…

JJ slams his mic down on the table and stares across at Mike Hill…

MH: So now I’m allowed to talk? The great JJ Johnson gives me permission to address him? See, that’s everything that’s wrong with you, JJ. You think ‘this’ is all about you. That every time you decide you want to waltz back into this business that everyone should sit up, take notice, roll out the damned red carpet.

Just what is it that you think is so special about you? What is it you think puts you above Mike Hill? Your record? Please, JJ. Mike Hill has one of the few records in this business that matches you. Mike Hill has done everything there is to do in this business. Mike Hill is just as synonymous with Wrestling as you, JJ. But does Mike Hill get the respect he deserves? No. Does he get the plaudits? No…

JJ: So this about respect?

MH: Was I finished? You’re damn right this is about respect. Mike Hill shouldn’t have to call out JJ Johnson to get recognition around here. I shouldn’t have to ride on your coat tails to be recognised for my achievements. But yet here we are. From the moment I called you out, to the moment I walked in this building this evening, I have to justify my position. Justify why Mike Hill is main eventing with this so called Superstar when Mike Hill IS the main event superstar. Not some fly by night, Hollywood wannabe who comes back when he damn well feels like it…

JJ: So y’all be thinkin’ that JJ jus’ come back here fo’ kicks, right? Y’all ever considered that JJ was ask’d to come back here? That the board came to me? See, dis’ be what’s wrong wi’ all you bitter ass lifers who ain’ never wanted to find anything outside this business.

You take shots at er’body who ever done gon’ stuff fo’ themselves. Jus’ like every other jealous fool who hate on me cause I gon’ done well fo’ myself.

MH: And of course, the board asking you to come back is just music to your ears isn’t it, JJ? Anything to stroke that absurdly famous ego of yours. And what with you being so humble and everything, you’d do it for nothing more than whoring out your latest project in exchange for popping your cheap catchphrases out here one more time. Well that just don’t sit well with Mike Hill. Like everyone else, I’m sick of the likes of you walking out here. There isn’t a single person in the back that is happy when they hear you’re coming back. It’s just another parade of egocentric BS. And that’s what Mike Hill is out here for. I’m not interested in this circus anymore. It should be people like me at the top of this company. People like me who’ve put the years in.

JJ: So this be all about you now, huh? Er’thing be about ol’ Mike Hill? Y’ll think I care about what the people in the back think? Ain’ non’ o’ them ever come to check on JJ. Ain’ nobody ever come see for no reason. They jus’ wan’ there piece o’ JJ, jus’ like you do. An let me tell you, y’all getting’ er’thing you asked for.

At Born In Fire, imma bring the JJ like you ain’ n’er seen before. Imma bring er’thing I gots and I ain’ leavin’ nothing in that damn ring. You can cry your l’il tears to anyone who listen, but come closing time, Hill. Imma chuck you back out on the streets where you belong, an’ ain’t nothing you can do about it.

JJ slams the mic down on the table and grabs the contract to a huge pop from the crowd. He signs and tosses it over at Mike Hill…

MH: You know what, JJ, I’m glad you’re bringing your best. But know this. Mike Hill was, is, and forever will be the biggest star in professional wrestling. You can spin your yarns, you can talk a good fight, but when the dust settles at Born In Fire, it’s going to be Mike Hill standing over the remains of your wrestling career.

Hill takes the pen and signs the contract. He gets to his feet and stands trash talking JJ before walking away from the table.

HE: Well, after the chaos and carnage of earlier tonight, this has been reasonably tame…

HA: I don’t think it’s over yet.

Hill approaches the ropes and stops, turning to look at JJ. He walks over, pushing the chair out of the way and taking the mic…

MH: Just one more thing before i….

HE: CHEAP SHOT!!!

Hill launches himself across the table and drills the microphone into the temple of JJ Johnson. He rushes to his feet and begins stomping away on his opponent…

HA: WHAT A CHEAP MOVE BY MIKE HILL! AND NOW HE’S STOMPING AWAY ON JJ.

JJ tries to protect himself as Hill continues to stomp away on him. He backs up into the corner but Hill continues to stomp him down. Hill turns and tosses the table across the ring….

HE: WHAT’S HE DOING HERE!

HA: MY GOD WHAT AN IMPACT!

Hill storms across the ring, driving his knee into the temple of JJ Johnson with a sickening impact. He walks back across the ring and again charges at JJ, again drilling his knee into the temple as JJ lies slumped in the corner.

HA: THIS IS A HEINOUS ASSAULT! SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THIS!!

Hill drops to his knees, grabbing the microphone and smashing it into the temple of JJ Johnson. Hill tosses the mic out of the ring and stands staring at JJ. He looks over at the table and smirks…

HE: OH GOD, WHAT IS HE THINKING!?

Hill grabs the table and sets it up. JJ is still down in the corner as Hill approaches again and stomps away at JJ. He bends down, picking JJ up and resting him in the corner, blood trickling down his head. Hill rips open the shirt of JJ and looks out into the crowd, placing his finger across his lips as he slaps a vicious knife edge chop across the chest of JJ. He follows it up with a flurry of chops before rocking JJ back against ropes with a stinging headbutt.

HA: THIS IS DISGUSTING, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

Hill pushes JJ back and trash talks in his ear. He pulls JJ forward and drives a knee into the gut of the former 6WF World Champion. Hill motions towards the table and the crowd erupt into boos.

HA: NO?! HE CANNOT SERIOUSLY BE DOING THIS!!??

Hill drags JJ to the table and puts him on top. He grabs the contract and sits it on his chest before looking over at the turnbuckle, a sadistic grin on his face. He walks over and starts to climb…

HE: NO, DON’T DO IT, HILL!

HA: THIS IS MADNESS!

HE: MY GOD!! NEXT BIG MOVE! THROUGH THE GOD DAMN TABLE!!

The crowd gasp in shock as Hill flies through the air, crashing across the prone body of JJ and through the table. Hill stumbles to his feet, clutching at his ribs as he laughs to himself!

HA: GOOD GOD! HILL HAS MADE THE MOTHER OF ALL STATEMENTS! HE’S DESTROYED JJ JOHNSON IN THE CENTRE OF THE RING! I CAN’T BELIEVE WHAT WE’VE JUST WITNESSED!

Hill slumps against the ropes, the camera zooms in on JJ’s prone body laying in the wreckage of the table as 6CW Anarchy goes off the air.
