Dillian Whyte fails drugs test

It’s been reported by various sources that Whyte failed a test prior to his fight with Rivas and rather incredibly the fight still went ahead.

Unfortunately it wouldn't be the first time. Might explain why a fat guy looked fresher than a lighter, more athletic looking guy after 12 hard rounds!

That's a fairly simplistic view of things, aesthetics can and usually are deceiving.

Yeah I know... I was deliberately being a little facetious.

(although saying that, I don't really understand why a supposed elite athlete would have so much excess body fat).

As he is the number one contender for the WBC I assumed that the whole staff of the governing body were off their faces on something.

And there was me, giving Whyte a chance, thinking he'd mended his ways. Off you fork and go and play with Miller you total waste of space.

It is too early to say anything apart from that which has been released "officially" - and that is both fighters Rivas & Whyte voluntarily submitted themselves to UKAD and WADA testing over a period of time - and that one of the tests before the fight resulted in an irregular finding, that this was known before the fight and that the fight was given the go ahead by the BBBC. Rivas team and the WBC were unaware of the irregularity.

Whyte released a statement proclaiming he beat Rivas ‘fair and square’. I don’t think the moron answers that he was on the Miller diet...

He passed all of the tests taken by the US-based Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency, before and after his July 20th points win over Oscar Rivas.
