After discussions with FOF, welcome to the first season of the 606v2IPL.

Basically this will run similarly to other Sports Games with every member of the league taking charge of an IPL side and competing for the title. Firstly I would like to see how much interest there would be in this league.

There are 10 slots available as there are ten teams (Franchises), however I will be taking one of the franchises so 9 other spaces remain. (Now 0 left)

I would imagine Somerset will be quite a popular side, and most people will want them. Although they will only go and lose in the final.

would proabably pick surrey to be honest.

lol im very suprised that there is no real raging turners in any of the fixtures this week. Chennai is slow, but not a raging turner this week.

Chennai are through to the semis

Delhi (Playing RCB):
- Win: If Delhi win they are through to the semis
- Draw: If Delhi draw they are through providing one of Mumbai, Punjab or Pune fail to win

Lose: If Delhi lose they are through if one of Mumbai, Punjab or Pune
fail to win and there is not a huge turnaround in vote difference
between themselves and Kolkata

Mumbai: (Playing CSK)
- Win: If Mumbai win they are through
- Draw: If Mumbai draw they are through if one of Punjab, Delhi or Pune fail to win

Lose: If Mumbai lose they are through if one of Punjab or Pune fail to
win and Kolkata do not turnaround the vote difference between the two
sides

Pune: (Playing KKR)
- Win: If Pune win then they are
through if Mumbai lose. Pune are also through with a win providing they
beat Punjabs win margin.
- Draw: If Pune draw they are through if Mumbai lose heavily. Pune are also through with a draw if Punjab fail to win.
- Lose: If Pune lose they cannot qualify for the Semi Finals

Punjab: (Playing KT)

Win: If Punjab win they are through if Mumbai lose. They are also
through with a win if Mumbai draw and Punjab win by a large margin. A
win would also see Punjab go through if Pune fail to win.
- Draw: If
Punjab draw they are through providing Pune lose and not by a large
enough margin for Kolkata to overtake Punjab on vote difference.
- Lose: If Punjab lose they cannot qualify for the Semi Finals

Kolkata: (Playing PW)

Win: If Kolkata win they are through to the semi finals if Punjab lose.
They are also through with a win if Punjab draw and Kolkata win by 5
votes or more
- Draw: If Kokata draw they cannot qualify for the Semi Finals
- Lose: If Kolkata lose they cannot qualify for the Semi Finals

Bangalore, Kochi, Rajasthan and Deccan are all just playing for pride and to make the last week very tense for the top sides!

fine for me. Have a pretty decent idea of my tactics already.
