If Dubai's court (and balls) were transplanted to every tournament on the tour, including slams, what would be the top 6 rankings and in what order?

Hard to say because they'd adapt their games differently, but on th bass of their capability to play their game like THT;

1. Federer
2=Murray, Djokovic
4. Del Potro
5. Nadal
6. Tsonga

Ha ha! If your going to "transplant" a court and balls for use in every tournament I reckon it should at least be from a slam. The next one coming up is RG. Why not that? What would the rankings be then?

I think uncle Toni would find a way to adapt Nadals game. Or a change in racket.
He is changing Nadals racket slightly now, but rather than dealing with faster courts, it's for deeper hitting against Djokovic.

And Tenez if you think defending nadal and giving him his due credit (instead of making a list of excuses) is wumning then I apologise. Don't worry though there's only 2 regular nadal fans in 606v2 your purification of v2 us nearly finished.

For me
1 Djokovic
2 Federer
3 Murray
4 Nadal
5 Del Potro
6 Berdych

I think the rankings would get tighter between the top 5 with a more interesting battle for no 1. If Del Potro picked up his game a little he could move higher for instance, or Federer could be 1.

Amritia, don't see how a fast court could get Nadal 3 places above Djokovic?!
I do think Nadal would adapt his game. He's not all defence, as you find out when you go to the net and watch his passing shots whistle by. He's very talented and could adopt, perhaps not so much now but certainly if he'd grown up on this court. I still think many players would be able to get more wins against him though.

Let me have a go at that. I think there'd be a tight battle between the top two then a big gap in rankings point to no 3.

1 Djokovic
2 Nadal
3 Federer
4 Murray
5 Ferrer
6 Almagro

Del Potro wouldn't have to up his game a huge amount to dislodge Almagro though.

What exactly is controversial (unless you're being ironic?).
