Literally cannot see the ball on this Rome clay, proof once and for all Tiriac knows what he's on about;.

But I will say I find your response both offensive and rude.. your normal style it has to be said. You consider Spanish tennis enthusiasts "amateurs" !!!! I should try keeping up if I were you. The Spanish are very knowledgeable about their tennis especially the Madreleños bearing in mind they have two local boys in the Spanish Armada. Tiriac should remember them at least

Still howling with outrage at nothing I see.

"An amateur (French amateur "lover of", from Old French and ultimately from Latin amatorem nom. amator, "lover") is generally considered a person attached to a particular pursuit, study, or science"

Thanks Reckon, so at least it seemed to me too. Problems with the word amateur: suggestion: check own dictionary. Sometimes I think a nice chill pill would do a world of good to some Rolling Eyes

I don't know much about Tiriac other than that he was Nastase's compatriot and he has an awesome walrus tache. When you say he's done a lot for tennis, what are you referring to?

I understand Reco, stop getting distracted by them, we are waiting for the drummer jokes Very Happy

An oldie but a goodie:

What's the difference between a drummer and a drum machine?

You only have to punch the information into the drum machine once.

Thats some specialist joke knowledge there reckoner!

I can imagine there being one like "Whats the difference between a drummer and a Teso shopping trolley"

Tesco shopping trolley has a mind of its own.

My neighbour can really be annoying at times.

Just the other day he was banging like a madman on my front door at 2.30 am.

Yes - 2.30 in the morning !! Shocked .... I tell you. What a time to disturb anyone.

It was only by chance that I was still awake ..... just happened to be practising on my new drum kit ......

So banjo beats spoons Sad.

I would like to support Gasquet but he is so flakey and lacking in stamina when it comes to the slams.

A good mate of mine actually plays the drums in a touring orchestra. He really does.

Seems to have a lot of fun on tour. They're always getting thrown out of hotels.

Excessive sax and violins, apparently ............
