Saints players suspensions overturned.

Vilma, Smith, Hargrove and Fujita have had their suspensions overturned and can play Sunday. Although if RG1 feels there was a proper intent, which he must have felt to suspend them in the first place, he can suspend them again.

The Saints got a temporary reprieve based on a technicality. Goodell is free to go back and uphold his suspensions by basing them on pay to injure

No particularly happy about this or the timing, but hey, America is so full of people suing other people you were bound to get numerous rounds of appeals and counter appeals.

It does look like there's a good chance of them being suspended again. I would hope they are anyway, they need a suspension of some sort
