Half Season Reports: Discussion Thread/Writers?

Meand GSC have decided to embark on a project. Which is to write a report for each team in the NFL at the half season point. Now I (he agrees) want to open this up to the rest of the section. So if you want to help out, tell us here and we can discuss who is doing what teams and deadlines etc etc.

Any help or feedback is welcome! General comments as well

EDIT: We hope this will be up on the V2 journal or somewhere else. Not just in our bedrooms

Feel free to count me in - I'd happily write something on the Redskins and would have a stab at some others if needs be. Am most familiar obviously with what's going in the NFC East but suspect that GSC will have that division covered!

Obviously a Raiders fan, but I have gamepass too so I can watch any team and come up with something!

Honestly GSC, this is your idea so you should have first dibs at the bits you want. I'd enjoy doing the NFC East stuff the most but with you being an Eagles fan I imagine you would too so obviously if you want it then you should get it. I'll happily take whatever bits you guys see fit and give it a shot.

If so ideally we should start them after this week, and try and get em done before Week 9 starts. That's my view on the situation

I was thinking maybe do some stats (ie. leading rusher, reciever, QB stats etc) and then a little reports of how you think there season as gone so far.

As for a common format to try and keep it fairly linear try to keep within:

Using the NFC East as an example:

NFC East

Division Standings:
1. New York Giants: 5-2 (1-2)
2. Philadelphia Eagles: 3-3 (1-0)
3. Dallas Cowboys: 3-3 (1-0)
4. Washington Redskins: 3-4 (0-1)

(With divisional record in brackets)

New York Giants:
Couple of paragraphs about how their seasons gone, strengths/weaknesses, what lies in store etc.

Rinse repeat for each team.

Finally, predict a division winner etc.

NFC West would be an interesting one for someone to pick up - all 4 teams are having interesting seasons.

I decided to start my report whislt watching the Giants game. I ended up finishing it. I don't know if it's any good, I'm not a writer, but it's chocked full of stats and what not.

Ok i have had a bit of a disaster which may impact my participation in this.

My laptop has decided not to charge itself anymore and is now dead. Soooo gonna have to wait and see what im gonna do lol. Should still be able to get something done for Sunday tho.
