According to the WRU:

The fixture schedule also confirms that Wales will play two pool matches at the stadium in Cardiff during the tournament.
The announcement has given Welsh rugby fans even more to celebrate after a series of massive rugby achievements in recent months.

Supporters are already celebrating:

* The inclusion of fifteen players in the British and Irish Lions squad
* A Welsh head coach and captain for the touring Lions party
* Seven coaching and backroom staff in the party as well
* Another RBS 6 Nations championship victory

The Millennium Stadium is the only venue outside England for the Rugby World Cup 2015 tournament. The complete schedule for the Millennium Stadium is:

19 Sep 2015 Ireland v America 1
20 Sep 2015 Wales v Play-off Winner
23 Sep 2015 Australia v Oceania 1
01 Oct 2015 Wales v Oceania 1
02 Oct 2015 NZ v Euorpe 1
11 Oct 2015 France v Ireland
17 Oct 2015 Quarter-final
18 Oct 2015 Quarter-final

Where as in the most recent RWC it was the Welsh that humiliated Fiji 66 points to nil, and a lot of those guys will be there in 2015 tournament. Did that slip your mind?

so. Fiji still has beaten Wales at a World Cup.

And form turnarounds do happen. The Welsh beat Samoa at the World Cup, but had an embarrassing defeat to them last year

The last International at the Millennium Stadium was a sell out, and a hell of a party. Maybe you should attend one day, then you might refrain from posting such stupid, ill considered, factless comments about Welsh rugby so frequently?

And Wales have beaten Fiji at a world cup. So perhaps both teams should be equally worried, or the Fijians just slightly more worried with that 66 nil beating from 2011 in mind.
That was an awful run of form for Wales in autumn and Samoa only just beat us because of a crooked ref. I'll give credit to Samoa for how much they've improved in recent years with so few resources though.

LP, yes. "hands out blue" to me, means hands out. Not walk in and take the ball when a ruck is formed. My issues were the breakdown and the assaults on our players by the Samoans. No cards issued and even worse was there was not a single citing. While Samoa started really well in that game they could only manage 7+ points with all the odds stacked in their favour. Never mind we'll know what to expect next time and should be able to get revenge.

So that's a crooked ref and a crooked citing official...

Blimey - makes Lancaster/Rowntree sound standoffish.

It wasn't so uncommon for players not to get a card for an assault on our players, if you also take into account the NZ game.
