Heard this morning from a friend in Melbourne that rumours are going round the Lions fans that Phillips is not going to recover from his knee injury to be for for next week.

From Phillips Daily Mail column two weeks ago.

"I took a knock on my right knee in the Baa-Baas game and it swelled up but it's getting better by the day and I have no doubt I'll be fit for next week. I didn't feel it at all yesterday.
I just need to keep on top of it and take precautions, which means icing the knee after a game."
