Good pressure from Argentina

What on earth was Cummins doing?

Aus still making so many ridiculous mistakes, it's like they don't trust anyone they are playing with - especially in the backs.

This game is much like the colour of the Puma shirts. Conditions not helping but it's pretty colourless stuff.

Argentina will have the wind in the second half, and Aus have completely imploded in the second in their last 3 test at home

About 200 people at it. It's like a midweek Lions game or something.

Yeah I remember seeing wallabies play Ireland there and you could barely see action, it's a big oval, mcg is much smaller

hmmm, are aus allowed to sneak around the outside?

Aus seem to be struggling once again in the scrum, wonder if these the scrum laws arent helping them.

Argentina need to be next to score, then they will test the Aussie mental strength - and based on recent history, they are likely to implode

Argentina completely dominant at scrums and mauls.

Aussie commentators don't understand scrum...and apparently neither do Aussie players.

Excellent hands by Contepomi

First to get the ball left when he was falling over, and then the offload for the try

Don't think the TMO will see anything here...

Not convinced that lealifano should have the wallabies 12 jersey, I think he has made some silly mistakes last few games and he hasn't really been anything special, apart from his decent goal kicking.

That was a very poor match, poor quality. Argentina could have won but they're just lacking a few good backs.

I disagree, that was fully engaging from a neutrals perspective, Australia were in a slump, and defended like their life depended on it today, Argentina played a canny plan, kept tight and waited for the 2nd half benefit of the weather.

Credit to both teams, neither are riding high but I thought gameplans were accurate, and execution was difficult in such conditions.

Congrats Australia, you thoroughly earned that win

Two pretty limited sides. Very difficult conditions but it illustrated that Argentina have no real cutting edge and how mediocre Australia are these days (albeit showing some good defense). Any side with a decent scrum and breakdown can have the Aussies on toast. Argentina aren't that good though.

It was a fairly engaging game in terms of the closeness with some decent defending.

Another game that really puts the Lions series into context. How the Lions didn't win the series 3-0 is simply staggering.

Engaging only if your brain was in neutral. That game was as dull as ditchwater. It made Scotland/Italy matches look like a Baa-baa's exhibition game.
