"Laboritoire" Grenier.

Why?

Because he's worth it.

Fulham are in for an £11 million Greek striker. As good as the striker is, you'd think Fulham need to stay away from big money moves with relegation a very real possibility.

Mitroglou is an excellent signing Crimey, If he gets the service he'll score a lot. Surprised he's giving up CL football for Fulham though.

I understand that he's supposed to a top player, my point is that an £11 million signing is risky from a team likely to be relegated, financially it's a big risk.

There are definitely not 7/8 worse teams at the moment, I'm not sure there's even 1 and that includes us and our performances lately.

We were linked with him, can only think its an agent wanting a stepping stone move

Mitroglu is way to good for Fulham, he's the Greek team's star player, has 5 or 6 goals in this years CL and Olympiakos are through to the last 16, I suppose with the Greek economic climate the way it is they will be forced to sell though. Panthanaikos are in danger of going bust and AEK Athens already have! sad!

Agreed, I think Fulham are very close to the worst team in the league, of all the strugglers I think only West Brom and Villa could move themselves clear from danger, the rest will be duking it out for the rest of the season.

Think they will be right in the mix.

Hopefully when we beat them later, they'll be in more trouble.

I give it 2 weeks before he's found dead in the city centre

Cmon Arsene get in there and sign us another big ticket Gerry and Mandzukic as well. We need to go all in to stop the mad sheik, he can frolic in his harem of 200 slave child brides but don't let him get his grubby hands on another premier league title. Please god let those infamously tight Gallic purse strings be loosened for the good of humanity and football.

I wish we weren't fighting Tottenham for fourth place as I think Capoue or Holtby would be good signings, at least on loan for Liverpool. Never going to happen though.

Different players but considering he keeps making Cattermole do the deep passing stuff and he keeps screwing it up I wouldn't be surprised to see him make that kind of change.

Abdul Razak in the Premiership. Good player, not sure he is good enough for the prem. Looked ok when we had him on loan, but his attitude stinks. Got a loan spell terminated by us, for causing problems at training, did a similar thing at Charlton as well. Bloke clearly is a loose cannon. Good luck West Ham.

Bridcutt close to going. Shame, but always going to happen. Doesn't suit Oscar Style and he wants/deserves/needs Premiership football.

As a pair of signings I don't think I could be happier, would immediately solve our problems in midfield and our lack of creativity. A team with Kroos, Rooney, Mata and Van Persie would cause problems for anyone, we'd then have a team capable of retaining the ball helping our defence which isn't that bad.

You're both right, he's what we needed from a creativity point of view but he doesn't solve the most problematic we have and that's central midfield. Neither of them on their own is what we need but the pair together is. The defence can wait until the summer pending decisions on Vidic and Evra, easy to say we need a left back but there isn't that many about and even fewer who could potentially be sold.

we need a player who can create and retain the ball but can do it from midfield as part of a 442, when we have both rooney and rvp on mata will be pushed wider
