It was ham, cucumber & lettuce, same as yesterday's disappointment, but obviously with added salt & pepper. I would have put some cheese in there as well but after you said yesterday that the S&P would make all the difference I trusted you and went with just that. What a let down. I didn't thinkly to put sliced onion in there, might try that tomorrow.

Was the butter low in salt?

I think it was Flora Buttery, which I suppose is technically not butter.

It contains 0.15g of salt per 10g serving, I've no idea if that is high or low or what.

Pass Union, raf could probably tell you, he eats oatmeal...

I can confirm I don't know any females who look like Sigourney Weaver so it is unlikely I have met your visitors.

Been to Keswick a couple of times, as has a nice theatre and my mate has acted in there, cool museum called Mystery Corner, and something to do with pencils..

0.15g sounds rather high. I don't know if it actually is, but it certainly sounds high. The office ketchup has half that, and its pretty high, I think.

I haven't actually read my oatmeal's dietary content. I'll have a look when I get home.

Union is a bit of a hero of mine but since the golf revelation, I think he does need destroying. Over and over again.

I am a bit upset with Jeff. He hasn't started an RIP thread for my mate who died. Just Bob Hoskins because he is all famous and stuff.
