Nah. I was a rebel. Instead of the black school tracksuit top I had a dark blue sergio tacchini zip up number with green stripes at the top. Another reason I didn't make the 1st XV despite being the best full back.

Lunch - Ham sandwich from Tescos.

Verdict - Given I have been exuding a stinging yellowish liquid from my backside at 10 minute intervals for the past hour I cannot give it a mark. I have saved them for the sh1tters at work. I've now used 3 out of the possible 5 and the 2 remaining cubicles are on my floor.

The anal discharge is almost certainly the result of the sandwich Sean, as opposed to the copious amounts of alcohol you drink on a seemingly daily basis.

This makes me glad to live in the same country as the proud and honourable men and women of the north.

God bless the Daily Mail, if it ain't the immigrants fault, it is pen pushing jobsworths in the council.

The Daily Mail's become my home away from 606 v2. I suspect that some of the "outrage over drunken antics" articles I read were written about michaels.

I struggle to take Michael's drunken antics seriously since I discovered he wore a Tech by Tumi coat. Is like trying to believe Richard Briers is a crack addict.

I think that was meant for the weightlifting/touching each other's balls section, kingraf.  It's only going to provoke northern scorn on this one. You best redeem yourself by telling us how you headbutted a zebra earlier today.

I despair of the youth of today Galted. Is bad enough he would consider such a thing, but to think any of us care is beyond the pale.

No dice with the zebra, but I did recently take an awesome selfie with a Lion. A trained lion, but a lion nonetheless.

Redemption successful (you do mean a Panthera Leo and not Mike Phillips getting lost on his way home from Australia don't you?)

Disgraceful, Jeff. Nearly as disgraceful as this bloody f*cking Adobe Flash Player upgrade that keeps taking over this tab whenever I try to post.

Vomit-inducing isn't it? Was hoping the same would happen when some got released at the Vatican and one got nailed by a hawk.

Agreed, but I have visions of sitting watching the Sri Lankans bat for an entire day. Would like to see both teams bat but I doubt enough wickets will fall today and tomorrow for that.

One of the bastard kids has got hold of my sunglasses though and bent the arms out of shape. I am going to have to get a new pair today. Absolutely vital tool for birdwatching at the cricket.

It's wide open this year, my tennis-following friend. Wouldn't be overly surprised to see a new winner, but if I had to pick a name, I'd say Djokovic.

Does Murray have a realistic shot?

I have to say, although I am not a follower, I saw Nadal's record at the French Open t'other day. They did some feature on it on Sky. That really is an impressive record. He has only lost game? And won it 9 times. That is outrageous form. Ridiculous domination of a tournament.

Murray's got a good chance, just a few little things that haven't come together yet since his back surgery.

We're not going to talk about cricket and tennis all day, are we?

That lady is for turning.

Always remember an episode of Men Behaving Badly where Tony compared feminism to getting a new train set for Christmas. You get all excited setting it up but then you realise there is no plug for the socket.

We're not going to talk about cricket and tennis all day, are we?

Then if that was not enough a friend's band are playing a free festival nearby on the Sunday, get up, quick shower and change and then straight on to there, two fine days. Have got Monday off as well to recover.

I got Australia in the sweepstake at work.  No f*cking chance of them winning.

Laugh

Why not? We are good at Hockey. In both Men's (v Netherlands) and Women's (v Argentina) Finals I believe.

I got Ghana in one sweepstake, Italy in another. Oh Lord... I hope they don't win again. Damned cheats! (emotional bastards too!)

It's nothing personal, LB, I love the Aussie attitude to sports in general. First is first, second is sh*t. I wish British schools were a little more like this instead of the general "it's the taking part that counts" theory.

Having said that, you really have no f*cking chance of winning!
