Works Canteen, they are actually pretty good, though you don't get the Jeremy Kyle cabaret that you get in Bradford it'self...

So swings and roundabouts really...

Was speaking to one of the Rozzers from your neck of the woods the other day DAVE, a pleasant chap.

He seems alright for one of the filth, though it was out of the office, just down in Crossflats, he could have been the ring leader in the Rodney King beatings for all I know.

Raf, that is a lunch befitting a man with blonde tips in his hair...

Cheese and beetroot sandwich with thick, crusty white bread. Cheese and onion crisps, an apple and I'm currently working through a big bag of Cadbury crunchie rocks. Was planning on having 5, but that hasn't happened. I will probably eat the whole bag.

Lovely stuff.

Can probably help with this Super. You know all the green stuff you scrape off a kebab before you eat it? Well a ceasar salad is just a posh version of that. As for a fruit salad, I'm afraid I am at a loss.

It's really a power meal. Covers all your recommended dietary allowances. Currently muscling my way through my 2.5 liters of water a day. I'm the picture of health.

'Power meal'? What the hell is that? Something you need for 'Action' netball?

Power meals are meals which are packed with the right macro & micronutrients. It's the culinary equivalent of eurotraining.

2.5 litres of water a day? I'm lucky if I get half a litre. I'm 36 and would be up 4 times a night if I drank 2.5 litres of water a day.

Come on Geoff, I was taking the pi.ss with that last one. Eurotraining isn't even a real training program. It's the fitness world's version of the loch Ness monster.

See even in that you used the term fitness world. Such talk has no place on here. The fitness world is like the child trafficking world or the live action role playing world. I am in no doubt that they exist, however they cannot and should not be mentioned on here.

Yeah 2.5 a day. My chemistry lecturer said we should aim for 3.5, being in the highveld. But that's a summertime estimate. 2.5 is adequate in the winter.

Finally went for my "Man M.O.T." the other week (been promising myself since I turned 40 and like most blokes, kept finding good reasons not to go). Was told to eat more fresh fruit and drink more water. Had to go back to the doctor's with knee trouble as I spent so longing running back and forth to the bog that I've done meself a mischief.

I preferred it when I drank heavily and ate cr@p
