Clever advertising or just sheer coincidence? Empty Clever advertising or just sheer coincidence?

Post by Guest Tue 8 Feb - 11:29

Just pulled up a WWE stream online and we've got a half hour to go before RAW goes live and so the upstreamer (don't know if that's the correct term) is replaying some old stuff - We have Punk (with long hair) in the ring against JBL for a few minutes before it just suddenly changes to a Google Nexus S (phone) advert then turns back. There were no prompts or anything to indicate how long the ad would last with overlapping boxes etc, and it was even in the same low res quality as the actual wrestling (the phone didn't exist back at the time of the match).

Odd. Made me lol...

EDIT - GREAT to see Punk kicking JBL's ass. What the hell is up with JBL anyway. He was cool as Bradshaw in the Acolytes. Then what happened?

At least if there is a Latino Nexus (in a LWO style) the WWE can sell cars...
