Scotland worst player of the season – Ross Ford
Scotland unsung hero award – Greig Laidlaw. He’s no Aaron Smith but he is vitally important to this Scotland team. He’s going to be very difficult to replace!
Scotland best win of the season – France at home
Scotland moment of the season – 2 minutes to go against Austrlia, the feeling the we were going to win! That ended well….

Edinburgh player of the season – A difficult one as most players were a bit ‘meh’, but I’ll say Anton Bresler
Edinburgh young players of the season – Blair Kinghorn
Edinburgh worst player of the season – enjoy your (hopefully permanent) rugby retirement Mr Andries Strauss
Edinburgh unsung hero award – the Edinburgh physio for having to put WP Nel back together each game having played yet another 80 minutes

I'd actually have WP Nel as Scotland player of the year ahead of Hogg (great as Hogg has been), Nel's transformation of our scrum has been immense.

Scotland player of the season - Nel / ickle jonny tie
Scotland young player - Fagerson /
Scotland worst player - Swinson
Unsung Hero - Laidlaw - cops a lot of flack but the games against Japan shows what he brings
Best win - don't think there is one - just the almost win against Aus
Best moment - 78 mins on the clock V aus
Worst moment - 80mins on the clock same game

Scotland moment of the season – The end of the game against Samoa, finally getting across the line and into the knock out stages (can't remember what happened after that - did we not win the tournament?).

Edinburgh player of the season – Damian Hoyland, for reminding us what wingers can do.
Edinburgh young players of the season – Blair Kinghorn, the mut's nuts.
Edinburgh worst player of the season – has to be Andries Strauss, although Jade Te Rure deserves a mention for providing excellent squad depth.
Edinburgh unsung hero award – Michael Allan. Quietly effective all season.

V2 forum best discussion of the season – not sure, but there would have been snotty comments about Glasgow, jokes about Sean Maitland, references to the rugby utopia that is Ayr, and I'd have been heavily involved and ultimately proven right.
V2 forum best Rugby Admin with a shiny green badge – I'd suggest this should be a dual award between RDW and Schizoid. Every hero needs a villain....

Agreed. He had a duff game on his last outing but he's been solid generally this season. Fraser Brown is nipping at his heels mind you.
