Hi Bam, do these include released players?

I had 43.5m and now I'm 32.5m (After 11m signing).

I've sold Brussow(5m) and released Albacete(1.5m) so should be 39m by my calculations.

Negative rule was brought in for when budgets weren't regularly updated for the off chance of over spending. If budgets are up to date you shouldn't be going negative.
