Damian talks us through his early career coming through the ranks at Chelsea and the rest of his playing career with Crystal Palace, Burnley and Northampton Town.

Damian then discusses his coaching career a variety of different roles at Charlton, Chelsea, Wolves, Celtic and Currently Everton.

We finish by discussing coaching opportunities for English coaches and whether top players should be fast tracked through the coaching badges.
