What an awful game so far.
It’s great for watching the scrums. But that’s it

I reckon whoever scores a try first will win - there's not going to be much in this.

Why do the Southern hemisphere teams get away with so many forward passes.
I lost count of new zealands yesterday and already ive seen a few by South africa.

Analysis of the NZ game suggested SA have 3 zones. Own 22, they kick. Opposition 22 all out attack. Middle of the field they play 5 phases then kick if it goes nowhere.

Boks been very clever going on about how many games they lose with Garces ref’ing. Net result being Garces trying to prove it’s not true by give Boks the benefit of the doubt....

Going as expected so far. Both teams with a similar style, South Africa are just about able to execute it at a marginally higher level and they’re starting to dominate the forward battle.
Reminds me a lot of the dull 2007 final.

Both teams have been chucking forward passes. It’s because both teams play a blitz defence so both teams looking to pass behind the onrushing defender

Last time injuries obliterated Wales at a world cup they pulled off a miracle win against England.

9-6 probably a fair reflection of the half - not much in it but SA edging things.
Wales look more dangerous in attack and if they can get a try thinks might open up more.

Somehow only 9-6. SA have been battering away all half but haven’t looked like scoring a try really. Wales forwards were looking very leggy by the end of that half though, hope they’ve got 40 more minutes in them.
