"Tiger Woods: Back" documentary

Have you watched it? I only got through half tonight but what I saw was very good and has some nice footage that I (a Tiger fanatic) hadn't seen before. The story of his career really is one of the most fascinating in the history of any sport.

Just finished the documentary now. Quite emotional after it I must say. Tiger is one of the most amazing humans ever.

Can't wait to watch this. Just hope it's on now TV.

I think we have that. If not I'll buy it for the Tiger doc.

That is quite some claim. Haven't watched it, but have to say I'm finding it hard to imagine.

There are plenty of golfers with Tiger's talent and work ethic, so why have they only achieved a fraction of what he has? Add in how he reacts to adversity, his impact on society and its clear (to me at least) that he is indeed one of the most amazing.

I'll try and watch it sometime as hard to really comment without doing so. That said, his 'impact on society' is, I suggest, incidental to his success as a golfer in an essentially white-dominated sport. Not saying it's not been influential, but crediting him w/ it is something else, especially when you factor in certain other aspects.

That new sky documentaries channel seems to have some decent golf content on it. I'm about to watch another about the bond between caddies and players, narrated by Bill Murray.

Just about to have a watch, there are quite a few good documentaries at the moment, was quite fascinated by the Armstrong Lie as well.

Christ hooked already, the Curtis Strange interview, Strange’s reaction to some of the comment...priceless :-p

Yes I was a little embarrassed for Strange there, he can't comprehend the mentality that makes Tiger such a winner.

There sure are a lot of sports documentaries at the moment. The Last Dance on netflix has got lots of coverage. Must check out the Armstrong Lie. The Caddy doc was excellent, I always thought I'd like to caddy but having second thoughts after seeing all thats required of them.

I hope we get a chance to see if this Tiger documentary over here in the States fairly soon.
