I'd never heard of a gordian knot till Duty commented on it earlier.
I think I've finally got myself kicked off Duty's Christmas card list this time. I'm heartbroken. Christmas won't be the same without receiving GB flag pillow cases, an effigy of Nigel Farage and an all lives matter vinyl wall sticker for my bathroom.

State of Origin about to start for any Northerners on here.
A lot of whinging here about moving the first game to Townsville which is a NSW 'home' game. Game 1 in Melbourne was moved to N Qld due to covid. Not really fussed tbh. I think it's good to move the game around the country.
At least the kids will be distracted for a couple of hours of home break-ins. It's really bad up there apparently. It has one of the highest juvenile crime rates in Australia. Lots of carjackings... one lady's home was broken into 4 times in one week! It's sort of like Jo'burg meets LA on a smaller scale... but probably more like Fortaleza Brazil in terms of climatic atmosphere.

I love the State of Origin, Pee Jay. I love League anyway but the SofO is about as good as it gets normally.
Big game on Sky over here on Friday. Leeds Rhinos v St Helens (or Sen Telens for riCKo's benefit). I don't follow a team although used to watch Warrington a fair bit when I was still a proper Man of the North. Partly because I was trying to get into the pants of a girl who was a big Warrington fan as well.
Had to stop my mate doing a pitch invasion at Old Trafford once back in the early 2000's at a Grand Final when Madness were the pre-match "entertainment". He was going to have a polite discussion with Suggs but we managed to stop him.

I watched both Challenge Cup semi finals on the weekend (well, recorded them)... both good games. So Sen Telens are also in that one against Cass'l'f'd for the final on July 27th?
Just realised Brian To'o would make a great pair with Naomi Osaka... similar hair. They'd have beautiful kids.

If you get a spare evening, try and find a documentary on t'internet called Behind the Smile. It is a about Mose Masoe and his recovery from his spinal injury. Great watch but pretty tough in places. There was a bit of dust in the air when I watched it and it got in my eyes.

Yeah LT is much missed. It was quite a sudden departure from regular posting as well. I really hope all is OK with him.
In contrast with BamBam suggesting a Cumquat Cup for 606 posters, a poll for the best 606ers from down the years would surely see LT do pretty well.
Does anyone who posted on the Beebs 606 back in the day remember Triangulation and the absolute havoc his trolling caused at times?

I move jobs with regularity TBH, but this time it was due to the company making all its staff redundant, so I have been running around recently to make sure my team are all sorted out with new roles (I had one in my back pocket waiting to go so to speak, because doing what I do, you can see these things coming from a mile off) Happily everyone is now sorted and I have officially signed, so I can now spend the next few weeks doing f**k all and getting paid for it.

Absolute peak.
The bad thing about owning a business reliant on humans actually being able to meet is that I've got no money.
The good thing is, I can sit and watch test match cricket all day.
Although according to riCKo, it sounds like I need to retrain to be a lawyer. Not sure I could handle everyone thinking I'm a c*nt though.

Not this weekend, but heading up next weekend for definite. Looking forward to it. Not sure Mrs Windows and the kids are but there you go. Mrs Window thinks a solid 90% of my northern friends and family are idiots and she has a point.
Some smoking hot women in Warrington though. Some of them even have their own teeth.

Same here with my friends, though most of the proper idiots are in rehab, prison, or dead.
There are some hot women but a lot of them are men, and it is not the same since Mr Smith's and The World shut down.

Are, there is quite the transvestite scene in Warrington, as there is in Chester.
I have a friend who is pretty active in that scene, and he was pointing out some of the really hot girls, who were guys.
