First topic message reminder :

Couldn't see a thread.

Must say its quite good in a weird way to see Hooper being very honest on his reasoning to pull out of the match. Talking about mental health slowly getting there.

I'm going to go rogue and pick 2 away victories today. Watch South Africa win by 50 now.

I've seen a few comments saying that any ban should mirror the time out for the player injured which I frankly don't agree with, but understand that fans can be gutted when they see fav players miss out due to things like this. I think I expressed similar disappointment that challenges like the 1 which saw Jack Willis out for months permitted in the laws. Personally I'm still not sure that Swain was out to deliberately injure Tupaea just think it was really bad technique that I see in a lot of games. If the breakdown was reffed in a way that put more focus on the need to bind onto players rather than hit players off the ball I'd be happier.

Leota has a ruptured achilles, too bad. The Aus back-row had a stormer last week. As a unit Valentini, Samu and Leota is one of the best I've seen.

Bobby Valentini should also be in the running for world player of the season IMO

He's an absolute force of nature

Agree, the filthy animal deserved longer. I’m being polite only calling him a filthy animal.

I have to laugh at that reaction.

Ref forgetting Aus are on a warning. Should be down to 14 again. And they are now again anyway.

In many ways that was a closer game than the score line suggested - both sides squandered a lot of chances and Australia held out well despite their cards. Jodie Barrett looked good at 12, though, and given a few more games you can see the AB’s attack could really gel around that combination

Watched the first half, then went back to sleep. I thought neither team looked terribly good, but Australia's discipline and decision making were pretty poor.

I think that's 7 yellow cards in the last 3 Wallabies games.

Maybe ask Rennie to comment on that as an expedient to getting biatch slapped rather than letting him complain about referees for daring to apply the rules in a way which doesn't benefit his team.

Tbf I'd be complaining about the Reece missed red (probably).
