Just to keep everyone in the loop, training camp going well, thank you to @wXwGermany for being such good hosts. I will be in Cologne soon enough to go face to face with Daniel Reilly.

@PercyPercival
@ImjustJessica We experience real pain every time you Tweet. But also, we were in the same Elimination Chamber as every other tag team, beat Kent and Rex to win these, and defended them at Born in Fire, and then against Saint and JJ. We're the true underdoggy. You're more reverse cow. Bring it bitches.

We are live backstage at the Lanxess Arena for day one of "At Worlds End". The talent have been arriving all morning and the mood is high as 6CWF prepares to kickstart a huge 2025.
The Chris Patricks-Blue Dragon match was originally slated to main event but a decision was made to switch things up over the Xmas period. This is due to the company's belief that a Dicey Reilly-Geoff Steel re-match is going to generate huge numbers when they finally pull the trigger and they want it to be given as much spotlight as necessary. That doesn't detract from the 6CW Championship match because officials are overjoyed with that particular storyline - in fact it is likely to ramp up even further later today.
The Liam Wood-Thunder match has been given "the works" in terms of production. The company values both men highly and Liam Wood is very much "iron clad" in terms of positioning and standing. What to expect from the "Cider City Death Match" has been kept under wraps and very few are aware of the plans but it is said to be "spectacularly cinematic". This is likely to pave the direction of both stars ahead of the road to "Night of Glory".
Also expect Mr Enigma to feature on more than just the pre-show. We've talked before about how delighted 6CWF was to secure his services. A match on the pre-show is all about showcasing his in-ring ability to the audience but in terms of storyline he is more than likely going to find himself embroiled in the Damien Andrews-Max Adamson power struggle. How that manifests we don't yet know but the company has belief that Enigma, even as a newcomer, will be able to hold his own with their top stars.

The pre-show was designed purely to showcase Enigma as a big problem for 6CWF. The vignettes that have been airing in regard to his past before the company is all about painting the picture of a complex individual with unknown motives.
Damien Andrews has clearly recruited Enigma but as of yet we are unaware of why. It is expected we will find out more over the next couple of days before Enigma begins his first "program" in the build to "Day of Reckoning".

The Killbane-Romero match was given a 10 minute slot to put Lucha Libre over and the two men absolutely delivered. Bringing in El Diablo was always the "payoff" for this section of the feud and it is likely we see him in a "manager" role for Killbane going forwards. It is yet unknown if 6CWF can convince Diablo to wrestle but it would be a huge coup for the company given his legendary status in Mexico.
We are, at least for the moment, expected to see Killbane move into something different. The main reason for that is that Diego Romero has failed a Wellness Test and will serve a 30 day suspension. The company wanted this match and the payoff before Romero spends some time on the sidelines.
The company still has high hopes for Romero but this is a very stark warning for him. His performance was brilliant tonight but 6CWF expects a lot more professionalism from their talents.

The Liam Wood-Thunder production was given a standing ovation backstage despite neither talent being on site. The company knew a "cinematic" approach was risky but the overall feeling was they nailed it.
As things stand, currently, Thunder is finished up with the company and this really was a line being drawn under one of the most successful pairings/rivalries in the modern era. These are two men who put EWF on the map and helped to resurrect 6CW back in 2013 - 6CWF believed they deserved this kind of platform to tell their story in the way in which they saw fit.
For Liam Wood this is the start of his new arc - "The King of Violence" moniker is likely to be adopted going forward as he ends a near two year storyline of exorcising the demons of his past. His stock in the company has never been higher and there were certain sources using phrases such as "match of the year" and "greatest feud ender in history".
Some sources also reported that many feel this match should have headlined.

The 6CW Championship match was everything and more in terms of long term planning and moving things forward in storyline stakes:
Chris Patricks was always seen a major coup for the company when he was convinced to return for the Max Adamson-Eddy Kent storyline. However; they had no idea just how important he would become. There were plenty who supported Patricks leaving At Worlds End as the new world champion but the storyline dictated than the time isn't quite right for a change - hence the controversial ending. Having Patricks force Dragon to tap (never happened before) makes him look incredibly strong whilst protecting Dragon's position considering the broken arm and the fact he still managed to get the pinfall.
Damien Andrews & Max Adamson's involvement was a continuation and furtherment of the "war" that is brewing between the Co-General Managers. This is the ignition for that storyline to move to the next level - especially considering what was to happen at the conclusion of the match and the subsequent backstage segment.
Logan Kincade's return was a surprise to many but he was always likely to return for "Night of Glory" season. Unsurprisingly he has unfinished business with his brother but there are so many facets to the storyline that nothing has been confirmed in terms of "sidings" and placement. Logan chokeslamming Patricks before taking out Blue Dragon was an attempt to showcase that he is still a loose cannon.
The segment that followed and the attack on Max Adamson was to tease that perhaps Damien Andrews finally has Logan onside but there is no confirmation as of yet. Marty Helms was also introduced a major player after weeks on the periphery. Management have been extremely pleased with Helms' conduct since his return - expect him to feature heavily going forward.
Currently we have Blue Dragon, Marty Helms, Logan Kincade and Chris Patricks as the main stars in this story in terms of active roster members with Max Adamson and Damien Andrews featuring as potential leaders on opposite sides of the battlefield. We do not yet know if more names will be introduced but it is likely - according to one source "6CWF is trying to incorporate most of the roster into this story at some point, it is their most ambition project ever".
Max Adamson being physically assaulted by Logan has led to speculation that he may return to in-ring action at some point. Max isn't against the idea but nothing has been agreed either way. It does, however, seem unlikely that 6CWF would pass on the opportunity to book Max Adamson for the tenth edition of Night of Glory - a show that they see as their biggest ever.

Note on "Day 2" and the fact there was no talent from tomorrow's show that featured tonight - this was deliberate from the company.
6CWF knows they have the strongest roster, maybe ever, and there is main event calibre stars throughout. Instead of having anyone "lost in the shuffle" or important segments/moments being overlooked it was decided there was going to be a very definite split.
6CWF officials wanted the audience to give their full attention to what they were going to see on Day 1 - the belief being that the tremendous effort of the talent deserves to be acknowledged and appreciated.
Will there be any talent from Day 1 featured in Day 2? Again it is unlikely unless they are directly involved in something taking place; for example it isn't beyond the realms to see Revolution featured alongside Daniel Reilly and also a continuation of the Max Adamson/Damien Andrews storyline.
That being said - Day 2 is loaded and the company will not want any overshadowing or potential for saturation of the product. Given there are 4 shows between now and "Day of Reckoning VIII" the company are more than confident that they have enough time build "epic" storylines.
"At Worlds End" only had a 3 show build and yet the viewing figures and gate receipts for Day 1 are receiving rave reviews from sponsors and Amazon Prime. One source from the streaming service told us "Amazon will give 6CWF anything they want when the deal comes up for renewal in coming months - this partnership has been a revelation".

The Main Event!
Many fans voiced displeasure when the "Lethal Lockdown" stip was announced because most expected War Games but there were no complaints once the dust had settled. 6CWF specifically steered away from "War Games" because of future plans - make of that what you will.
This bout was chosen to headline (despite strong competition from Wood-Thunder & Dragon-Patricks) and they paid back the faith that management showed them. Before the opening bell it was voiced backstage that these six men, despite their credentials, would struggle to follow the incredible level that had preceded them. That was proven a very misguided judgement.
Some may have suspected Revolution would win but this loss was designed as a test for the faction to see if they could take the hit and bounce back - their push is far from over and they will continue to feature heavily throughout 2025. For 6CWF it was important to tease dissension in the ranks - hence the Angus Plague/Perfect Jack issues.
Note Jack mentioned "Exodus" in his promo with Plague before the Main Event - expect this to be elaborated on next show.
Angus Plague, especially, was still booked like a monster and that is why it took both Dicey Reilly & Geoff Steel to take him out. Plague will be pushed big in 2025 if he can sustain the level of performance he has showcased thus far. The "Freshers Ball" will be his ticket to the next level and the fans loved the tease of the cash-in whilst the match was in progress.
As for the winning team - we have already talked about 6CWF's belief that Geoff Steel-Dicey Reilly II for the Xtreme Championship is a "headliner" - having them win is the company monetising the eventual showdown and ensuring that both of them look incredibly strong before that match happens.
Scott Harris continues to put in fantastic, world class, displays that backs up 6CWF's decision to strap the European Championship to him and push him to the moon. Harris had the crowd in the palm of his hand and received one of the loudest pops of the night when he took the W. The final image of Perfect Jack staring at Scott Harris was a clear indication that 6CWF plans to book them against one again also.

Morale is at an all-time high backstage as 6CWF prepares to embark on day 2 of "At Worlds End".
In competitive spirit it's as though day 1 talent laid down a marker and said "beat that" to those who will compete today in Cologne.
Entering into "Night of Glory" season means everyone is vying to cement a "marquee" match at the event. Management have solid ideas on what they want to happen in May but plans can be changed - we've seen it before.

6CWF believes they have "money" when it comes to Solomon Noir and that is exactly why he was presented in the way he was in the opening contest. His entrance alone shows the faith the company have in him but his in-ring performances are also drawing plaudits. Noir will not be rushed but expect him to continue rising the rank as we go forward.
As for Mike Hill - 6CWF knows Hill sells for everyone so pairing him with Noir was deliberate in order to get Solomon over. Hill, however, hasn't just been brought back to elevate others but to also feature in key storylines moving forward.
Hill is currently being presented as an injury returnee who's confidence is shot and he can't catch a break - hence losing back to back matches against Solomon Noir. It is likely that this storyline will continue but Solomon Noir isn't believed to be Hill's next opponent/feud.

The decision to put the tag belts back on Genesis was only made in the last couple of days. The company is still very high on The Brothers of Seduction so don't expect them to be discarded - they are top merch sellers and massively over with the audience.
However, with Udo Berg's return and Eddy Kent needing a bounce back after Born in Fire it was imperative that Genesis looked strong as we head into "Night of Glory" season. Berg is being portrayed as an almost untameable monster and the writers felt it would look foolish to have Genesis lose tonight after the way in which they have dominated the BOS in recent weeks.
That being said - a re-match is certainly possible and don't be surprised to see the tag belts change hands again soon. 6CWF is enjoying the faster paced title changes in this division that they haven't utilised for many other championships - the feeling is that in a team environment it is more difficult to predict the outcomes and that is exactly how they want it.

JJ Johnson just went full "Training Day" Denzel - and that is exactly the point of the story that is being built. A tyrant who has everyone onside because of what he can do to them if they don't comply.
6CWF wants the audience to be praying for the villain's downfall and that is very close to fruition in a short space of time.

More "At Worlds End" fallout to come but it is worth noting that 6CWF has booked a "Fight for 30" match for the upcoming Proving Grounds. This is a return of the concept introduced last year which was a major success for the company.
We are led to believe there will be four "fatal four way" matches in the coming weeks that will culminate with the winners squaring off for the coveted #30 position in the "Gateway to Glory" match at Day of Reckoning VIII.
