Following on from my topic about the DVD's I recieved, I would like to propose a vote. I'm going to name a list of who I think the besy heavyweights of the last 20 years are. They will not be in any particular order. However I will post a follow up topic following the vote displaying the boards top 10 and my personal order...I may not disagree.

So here we go:

Riddick Bowe
Evander Holyfield
George Foreman
Lennox Lewis
Wladimir Klitschko
Vitali Klitschko
Mike Tyson
John Ruiz
Frank Bruno
Michael Moorer

Its open to you guys

In 1991-2011 terms, it's Lewis by an absolute mile, with Holyfield the only man with any kind of a claim to being near him. Would fully expect the votes to reflect this.

An English site and Lennox lewis big shock...

Holyfield for me.....defining fights with Tyson.....Beat Moorer and Bowe, derailed future champ big george..

can't think of a Lewis defining fight..

Should have said he'd comment on the lack of a defining fight though.

How about beating Holy, twice (if you ignore the awful scoring)?

Truss will reply now that those fights weren't defining because Holyfield was past his best, but will maintain that Holyfield's wins over a past his best version of Tyson were the epitome of defining.

Just thought I'd save him the bother!

Lewis by a mile for me. Beat (both times IMO) the next best shout in Holy, scared the supposedly most dangerous contender into dumping his belt into the bin in Bowe (who he had an Olympic win over already), beat big Vit when he was at his most young and hungry (ergo would've smashed his chinny little bro in 3 rounds).
