Average, of 37 from 58 tests seems pretty good to me...

Ramps is a good shout though, tremendous county batsman who never truly translated his form to the international arena.

Bevan definitly deliverd in the ODI scene i would say, not sure about tests never really saw anything of him, probably why you've put him there.

Both very talented but had their careers seriously curtailed because of being fragile.

Stuart McGill? Probably the second best leggie in the world for most of his career, but had the misfortune of being the same nationality as the best one (ever?).

i wouldnt say that simon jones, didnt fullfill his potential... because although his england career got cut short he was fulfilling his potential, i dont think he qualifies for this, but i think your right about tudor thumbsup

Oh, I've no doubt that at least for the 05 series, Jones was a really good bowler - it was more that his career has been so hampered by injury that he didn't have a great Test career.
