Rikki Clarke equals world record
In the current match vs Lancs, Rikki Clarke the Warks all rounder took 7 catches in the innings (as an outfield player) to equal the world record for first class cricket (held by Micky Stewart and Tony Brown). Clarke was fielding in the slips.
In some ways the remarkable thing is not only that he took all those catches but that at least 7 chances from different batsmen all went to the same fielder. It would top the match off if he could get a few runs tomorrow when Warks will be chasing a total probably of a bit less than 300.
Anyway well done Rikki
