First topic message reminder :

Open Monday - Wednesday. Three offers per team, per day.

1st TP window is from the morning up until 12pm.The second allows for offers from 12pm until 6pm
You can only counter offer another teams offer up until the point I have responded to the offer. I will not respond to any offers until the window is closed. if someone makes an offer just before the close of the window, the window for this player is extended by 1 hour from the point of the last offer.

ALL TP's must be in the following format:

TP: (i.e. the number of the TP from you daily allowance, 1,2 or 3)
Player: (i.e. RVP aka the best striker in the land)
Team: (i.e. Arsenal aka the best team in the land)
Offer: (i.e. £35M)
Reason: (i.e. reason they would join)

TPs not in the correct format or outside the window will be ignored.

You cannot make a bid unless you already have the cash to complete the deal you must have the funds already, or have guaranteed funds arriving, to be able to finance the deal. (i.e. you cannot bid and then after bidding try to raise the funds by offering your players for sale).

If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.

You have 24 hours (from the moment your offer was accepted) to confirm the transfer. If you do not complete the deal in 24 hours you will have to make a new enquiry to sign the player and other clubs will once again be able to bid on him.

I have £28m in the bank (less £12m for Shaqiri), £8m from Gamberini and £6m from Flanagan lawyers if required, and if really required £15m from Lucho lawyer too. If you are getting Berba too, I can probably go higher than you.

BTW Smarts has said that Berbatov and Baines had the same price in his view. He has already rejected £19m for Baines, so that would suggest Berbatov is going to be >£19m

At the moment your the highest bidder with £23M @ 1:40pm, I don't think OTW is online at the moment so I will give him a couple of hours to reply.

Ahh right, that is a different situation. Say I come on and bid at 6pm, then people can outbid me until 7pm etc. But I'm going to change that to I think an hour in the next window.

I think you need to add something in about how long you wait for someone to respond to being outbid, going forward.

I would say that it should be an hour, like with the bidding at the end of the window.
