Why do they keep doing it?

So, Wales are going to play Australia this December, in what will presumably be the only test between the RWC and 6 Nations. Why? Surely the WRU isn't that strapped for cash? Or do they see it as a way to improve the chances of beating a SH side? Its because the WRU are money grabbing bar stewards who will sell all the hospitrality boxes to corporate business and not give a flying you know what about us fans.

Great idea just before Xmas lets play an International, where we WON'T reduce our prices or come up with any decent marketing ofr it either.

I'm sure they were talking about this on TV a while ago and apparently it was the Aussies who wanted the game as they seem to get as much money from being tourists as opposed to hosts. I don't know if there is any truth in that though

They keep doing it because the WRU know that Wales are not going to win the RWC (Not forced to get out of their group) So this is a way of saying to the Welsh public, Look we can put in a good performance, at home anyway.
