RWC 2011 game a disaster, especially online.

Disconnects nearly everytime. Just pure awful. I wrote a complaint to HB Studios.

The Irish team is superhuman its a complete joke. Nobody looks like the players in real life. I'm so angry.

I traded in games I didnt play to get it pretty much for free. So glad I didnt pay. Can't wait to see rugby challenge

You have to answer the Stephen Ferris question. I'm amused enough to want to know if true or an urban legend, but nowhere near amused enough to waste money on game that is by all accounts a shameful cash-in with nothing new and actually a regression from Rugby '08

The big winner from this is Rugby Challenge. Without anyone even playing it, its already got a lot of hype because it can't be much worse!

At least if it worked online it would be a bit of a larf but not even that works. I've had 4 full games in 2 days of trying.

It is definitely an exact copy of rugby 08 but with LESS player likeness & WORSE gameplay.

I've played the demo, it's shocking. The graphics are terrible, alot of the player models are the same just with different numbers on their backs, Lawes looks like Sloth from the Goonies.
As for gameplay, well it's funny watching 29 men follow you in a large group. I took a line out in my own 22 and ran in under the posts with Spies and all the other players following me between the sticks.

Yep. If you pass one out then run away directly away from the defensive line and then snap back towards it (which requires no deceleration) you run through every single time. Oops.

Did people who bought the game not play the demo or read a review

Not on the hard setting though, buy you have to make sure you are two scores clear or the other team will always pull off some ridiculous play that results in them beating you. Ive also found that if you are only a couple of points behind you always knock on or lose possesion through no fault of your own. I'll make do with it untill rugby challenge comes out

If you have a look on the Rugby Challenge website you'll see on the forums that there are a lot if bugs and gameplay issues .Some of it does not make for good reading
