First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the virtual rugby pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the David Pocock photo on the bar. That's a banning offence

So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Couldn't tell you how strong it is. I had a basic password (just letters) then when I used internet cafe in Africa someone obviously was able get back into my account I had spam messages being sent to them. I then changed my password to include my date of birth after and just made the first letter a capital.

My acc is now sending out weird messages again all of a sudden so I had to change password again.

Unless you only e-mail yourself then there is a very strong possibility you will get spam mail.
Companies sell your e-mail address and thats the reason most sites require you to provide a e-mail address.
Hotmail and all the other free accounts need to make money one way or the other.

Stag, the good people are Norton have just launched their most powerful internet security products to date!

Norton continues to set the industry standard for protection and performance. Independent testers AV-Test.org, Dennis Technology Labs, and PassMark Software all agree—Norton is the best!

Check out Norton online or pop along to your local tech store. thumbsup

Hughie, the All Blacks and the 'Boks are tied on that. Unless it's a trick question.

Isn't it Lithuania they broke some record last year. Then NZ, then SA (under Mallet).

Thanks for the advice Mick. I was about to ask whether you sell Norton for a living and then I rememebered Smile

A tier 3 country in Eastern Europe (can't remember who) got the record a couple of years back.

Edit, too slow again

Yes, it is Lithuania. NZ and SA both have 17 consecutive wins.

You need to forget the likes of Dannie Roussow or Johann Muller. Get that fella into a Bok jersey fast. I know he has plenty of caps and that but the size and speed of his is immense.

Scrap Bakkies - don't need enforcers anymroe. Bring in Bekker

Scrap Steyn - get Lambie into the squad.

Scrap Jean de Villiers - bring in Juan de Jongh

Scrap PDV - bring in a 3 year old armed with a box of crayons.

Do that and there will be a top Bokke team Smile

Willem Alberts was immense as a second-half sub against us in Cardiff last year, is he likely to be on the bench again on Sunday?

Bakkies will retire after the world cup, he is going to France.
Hopefully the new coach will agree on Lambie.
Jean de Villiers either needs a more creative fly half inside, or retire.
My son did apply for the Coaching job, and they said he is over qualified, they need someone with grade 1 qualifications and no experience. Very Happy

Hi all, and a very happy birthday to young biltong

Cool

I have to say I am most underwhelmed by this RWC, mainly because the kick off times do not allow any 'build up' with mates. That is to say Ale Ale Ale in the pub beforehand. Although a lot of places will open for the games, most will not be able to serve alcohol because of their licence. Anyway, it would be far too early to be drinking. The rest of the day could get awful messy.

I went to a pub that was serving alcohol to watch the first Lions v Australia Test in 2001, Hound. Big mistake. As far as I can recall, anyway...

Hound, have to admit I'm feeling very jealous of Penfro right now.

Just got all my SportsGuru picks done for the w/e. Still need to sort out my fantasy RWC team though. And tonight there's the Penfro TV guide to update (where did I put that <yikes> emoticon).

Will be setting up a new Gaff soon

Don't forget the pic of Jenno for Gibbo Kiwi!

I have a feeling we might have to put up multiple pics during the rwc, there are just too many good players to pic from.

Mayhap but Barclay and McCaw up there as well...
