Which players will be missed in the RWC?
Anyone from your country that you think will be missed from the RWC?
Even though the ABs are so strong even their fans must have been hoping that Carl Hayman would have returned home for this RWC. Plus pundits here rate Nick Evans very highly and believe he would have been the best replacement for DC if injured.
Danny Care for England for sure as Wigglesowrth is not in the same class and Youngs has not played in ages. Cipriani as England are pretty short of creative talent, but not unless his head is in the right place.
I was looking forward to seeing Henry Tuilagi cause havoc again, but he is not in the Samoa squad. Injured or just unfit and getting old?
Juan Smith of SA as he is a class player. Wallace for Ireland.
What other talent will we be deprived of enjoying?

Will move this to the international section shortly.
Personally the player I will miss most is Juan Smith. I would genuinely class him in the top 5 players in the World. Fantastic player.

Wales will badly miss Matthew Rees, he is the only hooker in Wales who can throw a decent lineout.

I personally think Lwasi Mvovo should have been in the squad instead of Ndungane

David Wallace is the obvious one for Ireland. He's a genuine world class player and has been a key player for Ireland over the years. He's not an out and out 7 but his ball carrying and work rate are phenomenal. We are lucky that Sean O'Brien has burst on the scene and Stephen Ferris has recovered but Wallace will be missed.
I can't believe the AB's have left out Hosea Gear whos one of the best wingers on the planet and the great Yannick Jauzion hasn't made the french squad.

Good shout Alyn....Rees was quality for the Lions as he is a strong scrummager as well as a decent line out thrower.
As we enjoy the RWC we should all raise our glasses to all the players who have missed out and whose dreams are left slightly in tatters. Hopefully they will all bounce back soon enough.

Roddersm...for the ABs to leave out Gear, Rockoco, Sivivatu means they must have some serious talent.
At least England have the mighty Cueto
