The tournament isn't even over and the debate about whether or not it is asterisked has already begun.

They are all asterisked anyway.

Thats why its important to add the asterisk BEFORE its over.

Why would it be asterisked?

If the players play a schedule in this tournament which does not favour any player?

If by some miracle the 4th round matches are completed and then the QF's don't get played, it would make things slightly equal, but again taking into account that Djoko or Federer wouldn't have played for nearly 3 days.
