Hmmm, as a moderator myself I find that a surprising definition of the job. Arguing is what many threads involve, certainly if they go on for any length. As for insults, they are usually a sign that the argument is being lost and should be treated as such. Insult the insults and respect the respect and all that.
I think the site rules are actually very balanced and realistic. There are limits to adhere to, but at the same time things getting a bit heated sometimes is only to be expected. Most people here believe 606 was under-moderated in its last months, but many of us think that v2 was over-moderated in its first. Hopefully the right balance can be maintained, whatever that is!

Hope you are well and already getting on well with the job!
You may remember that few days ago I let you know a list inclusive of all the posters I have some problems with?
Well: after more careful consideration I realised the list needed to be amended, as probably wasn't completely fair to some.
Please find all of the amendments attached below.
