Given this happened in the actual auction as well:

At that point I said that only bids posted before the 9 O'clock deadline would be valid and hence this still stands.

The other way, which is probably fairer is for Hafeez and Stirling to carry on until 9 o'clock tomorrow (Like Swann did) Therefore we will hit the limit that one person is prepared to go to

I posted my bid at 8:59 but by the time it processed it said 9. It was due to problems like these I was under the impression it was up to gregers.

To be honest I'm not too fussed, its gregers's league, so his call. If he says shanky bidded before he shut the auction so gets Stirling that's fine with me...
