Coverage of the build up on BBC Radio Wales is very good listening. Plenty of chat from over in Auckland with the team and fans

"Used" as in the past tense.

Why on earth you chose to write that other than blatant jealousy I don't know. Why dont you try and make some friends and be a little appreciated by re-editing your post.

Maesteg - England have won world cups in Rugby, Football, and cricket, plus being in a few other finals where we came second, but Wales truly are in that 'Undiscovered country' of high achievement, and i for one hope that Wales don't embarass themselves, as they are totally unfamiliar with such heady heights.

I will be up about 5.30 am hoping to see the right result where France humiliate and dismember Welsh hearts and hopes. Surely thats not too much to ask!! I thank you!

Rise above the WUMs (from both sides) boys. One thing matters and you don't need to be told what it is. If you can't put pettiness behind you on this of all occasions then you never will.

It's ridiculously early to be getting into overhype mode but I can't help it. I'm getting edgier by the hour. Just hope to furk we don't lose or, living in France, I'll likely still be hearing about it from beyond the grave.

Believe!

Heading towards Cardiff. I am so excited I can hardly sleep or eat. This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity and I just couldn't miss being part of it. My mood swings from ridiculous overconfidence, that France will not be able to live with us, to abject despair.
Just read whathisname Ventner on my newspaper phone app in the Telegraph that he reckons the French don't even know the new law interpretations. Lets hope the ref does.
C'mon Wales:-)

Lads thanks for the heads up re kick off time, and i have to admit that i was getting up earlier thinking it was a 6 am kick off, but since England went out, i've kind of lost interest in the competition, but good luck tomorrow and may the best team win, as long as its France of course!! Laugh

I saw similar sentiments expressed by a few English posters last week. Trying to predict what France will do is like trying to predict what women think: a dangerous game that can see you end up in proverbial tears. Wales are playing the better footy and are in better form and should win. But in a World Cup should does not necessarily mean will.

That said I wish you good luck. We´re playing our evil cousin across the ditch on Sunday and I´m nervous as hell. But still confident of success. So should Welsh supporters be confident. But doesn´t get rid of those butterflies but that´s a good thing. You only get nervous about the things you care about.

Great post Hirwaun, Glynneath boy here but living in Cornwall - I'm golfing Sunday morning in a County match, if we win I'll be sporting a welsh bow tie after the match, if we lose, well lets not think of that one. Dai morris, what a man thumbsup

Yes Dai Morris the man the legend, not many people can say they have met their idol, let alone played with and against him.
Just getting ready to golf now tee time at 2.30, hope the wind drops a little as all my balls will be in Lake Erie. My mates have no understanding what this game means to us, when we win tonight they will get the message from me.
