V2 WCC Round 2 Group 2

The rules for round 2 are exactly the same as before, please vote for the wrestler you rate the highest and the top two will progress to the knockout stages. In round 2 Winning the group will see you face a runner up from another group so votes are even more important than ever.

I would say that this is going to be a really tough and close group here. Personally I like all four in this group but I went for HHH because he is the complete package for me and plays both heel and face excellently. I think that a lot of he criticism he gets is unfair and I suspect his politicking is about the same as others do, or would like to do.

By far the toughest choice for me so far.

I ultimately went for the Miz and I base it purely on recent performances and his have been excellent.

I've gone for The Miz.

My favourite wrestler of all time is actually Triple H, but I'm judging this on the here and now and even the future potential, as I have done throughout the whole competition so far. I agree with Josh that the amount of criticism HHH gets is unfair, and I think he's just been painted as the ultimate backstage villain, worse than anyone else, because of who he's married to.

But this year, The Miz has been sensational. His ring work is exciting to watch. His promos are excellent. And the team-up with R Truth has been a revelation for WWE. I watch Raw at the mment because I can't wait to see what The Miz (and Truth) do next - and I can't give a much bigger accolade than that.

Except for saying that whist Punk has been dropping pipe bombs, The Miz has been quietly cleaning up the debris! FACT!

All I can say is "Miz is awesome" and he gets my vote.

While I really do like the Miz, I am surprised that he is winning this over three very strong candidates... HHH is The Game and frankly for every hater he has a fan, Y2J was doing Miz's thing prior to Miz and Bryan Danielson is a real favourite of the Indy crowd even if he is not involved in anything huge at the moment.

Interesting to see how this one pans out.

Isn't this a test of "at the moment" though. Otherwise people like Hogan, Warrior, Austin and Rock would be in the competition?

Yes, but then again what do you consider to be at the moment? Is it only the last few months, since January or the last couple of years?

I personally look at the latter measure as I think it takes a couple of years to really judge someone, the way they handle themselves and how their character changes and develops.

I think I've been looking at the last year. But that's just my own timeframe - there isn't one specified so I suppose it's whatever timeframe people see as relevant.

I think the majority must be looking at the last year though, because if it was any longer Heath Slater would have got more votes for his role in Nexus I'm sure.

Two of my favs of all time in HHH and Jericho - but gonna go with Jericho

If its judged on 'at the moment' then why is Jericho even in the poll?

I've gone for HHH. Irrespective of his backstage politicking, the guy is talented. Can talk, can draw as face or heel, good in ring.

If The Miz wins this group its a joke.

Miz is the future of the WWE, he will be a major face of the company in the next 2-3 years.

How is it a joke Mr. H? He's hot property at the moment. Has been for over a year now. He really is the future.

This group couldn't get any closer, it seams to have split opinion on all four guys although it looks as though it will be two from three with d.Bryan going home early.

@ mr h you can judge the wrestlers on whatever you want, some people are going for 'at the moment' others are taking into account guys entire careers, just vote for the guy you rate the highest and I think we will get an overall winner that deserves to win.

He's done nothing since losing the WWE Title. He's had a few decent spots with R-Truth recently but before that he's had a very quiet summer. If we're judging this on the here and now, Triple H should win hands down. The Miz still has a long way to go to prove to me he deserves to be voted for ahead of Triple H and Chris Jericho. I still think he's lacking in-ring.

I'd rather see Miz on Raw than Triple H at the moment. That says it all for me.

I enjoy Triple H's involvement in the show. But stomping down to the ring and furiously taking his jacket and tie off is already becoming a bit tired.

Triple H without a doubt.
Jericho shouldn't even be in this, he's been inactive for over a year.

Have to go with Miz - hes the most entertaining from this group currently. I dont mind HHH but - and its a personal preferance, cant stand Jericho, think he is so overated in the ring.

@ DX Dan- this competition is all about the v2606 posters, who they rate and why, before this even started people were asked for their imput on who they wanted in the competition and Jericho was mentioned on more than one occasion, thats why he's in! also he had one of the biggest winning margin in group six round 1 bagging 73% of the total vote (34 votes) so imo and the majority he should be in this.

King of kings Triple H got my vote.

hard one here but went with Y2J

his great in the ring and on the mic one of the best their is ! makes it work with younger stars and in what ever feud his in and is all ways entertaining!

Hhh and Jericho are through to the knockouts
