Y2J to return?

Earlier this week, we reported that Chris Jericho is telling friends and former colleagues that he’s in talks with WWE officials about returning to the organization in time to set up a match at next year’s WrestleMania 28.

WWE’s first-ever Undisputed champion has acknowledged the report – and wrote the following on Twitter on Thursday night: “After discussing this with my colleagues,my response to today’s rumor is: a) false b) true c) maybe d) all of the above e) none of the above”

Several weeks ago, we reported that Jericho was in talks for a WWE return around WrestleMania time. There’s is also talk backstage that a possible return match would be against the Miz. Along from a source we’ve heard from exclusively here at WrestleHeat.com as well as reports from the Pro Wrestling Torch and PWInsider.com, a return looks all but certain at this point. As indicated by his tweet above, Jericho is no longer flat-out denying the allegations online, but is rather staying vague to his followers.

I think if he comes back and does feud with The Miz, he will claim that The Miz has tried to be Jericho.

Two great workers on the mike with Miz & Y2J. If this was to happen it would be brilliant. Miz is the newer version of Y2J, and if these two do go at it, Y2J would be in the reverse role of the Wrestlemania match between HBK & Y2J with that similar storyline.

As long as CM Punk doesn't get saddled with him

I can see it being Punk v Jericho at Mania tbh.

Really? I'm still convinced it'll be Punk/HHH but I could see Punk/Miz

I just can't see WWE stringing out Punk & HHH for another 5 months. I'm glad that at present they're moved away from it but I can't see them holding back on it till then.

I can but only because I think it was the plan since the day HHH returned

I think HHH will turn at Survivor Series

I think Punk will get screwed out of the title match by 'the office' at TLC

I think Punk will vow to win tge Rumble and 'take Dwayne's spot at Mania' and will be in the final two at the Rumble when HHH causes him to lose (to Miz IMO)

Punk beats Nash at Elimination Chamber (the stip being Punk gets to face HHH at WM if he wins)
